My head is spinning and I feel lighter. Now that my past has been acknowledged somewhat, control has been gained. Alexander also recently helped me move through my parent’s mistakes. It seems as though my overprotective mother regrets everything, while my father has been more stoic and angry. Alexander explained that it’s easier to control visions of people I grew up with or know intimately, which is why he started me on my former mate. The strong emotions and familiarity have strengthened and clarified the visions. He said the more I practice, the more I can pick up the visions of people I may not even know yet. Although he quickly had to teach me how to pull myself out of visions as the one I had of Tori and Aaron was not something I needed to see.
