Avril’s POV
I throw my clothes on and rush out of my room. Tori is awake! Finally! I want to thank Autumn a million times, but first I want to see my friend. She worried me so much these past couple of days and I can’t wait to berate her for it. I sprint through the hallway of the packhouse I grew up in to enter the pack hospital. I see her sitting up tiredly in her bed with Aaron hovering over her waiting to cater to her every need. She looks seriously annoyed, but also a bit smug that she has a mate to take care of her. I enter the room quietly and smile at my friend.
