Avril’s POV
Finally we’ve arrived at Shadow Mist. Tori takes my arm as I need to keep myself open to visions. I already miss Asher and hope he’s doing alright, but we need to talk to the Alpha’s as quickly as possible. I felt someone rush to my side.
“Luna, we should get you packed.” I hear Leo say. “The Alpha will want you back as soon…” his voice drifts off. “Luna?”
I freeze. Everyone in Shadow Mist knows I’m blind, but I forgot Asher had sent Leo as my security during the journey. I feel as though cold water has been splashed down my back. “Uhh… It’s a long story?” I say to him hoping he won’t question.
“What were you doing before with your eyes?” He asks.
“I was using my wolf’s eyes.” I answer. “She can see perfectly. But it hurts my head if I use them for too long.”
