“How have we not found her yet?!” some of the warrior’s flinch away from me. The witches take a visible step back and gulp.
“Lucian, calm yourself.” Elaina’s father, Joseph, pats my back. “I want to find my daughter as much as you do. We are doing everything we can.” I sit on the couch and place my head in my hands as tears spring to my eyes.
