'Well, would you finally let me in or would you let me keep guessing? William broke the silence between them as soon as they stepped out of the precinct. Amber had already left and gone home. She was now the new owner of Gabriel's restaurant and had done wonders with the place. Gabriel gave it to her as a gift for always taking care of his sisters at the cost of her life. That plus the salary she got from William for working, she had enough to begin a new life. No more stress. Even her mother had changed and gone to rehab after the tragedy that happened in the house.
'Well, out with it already. So are you finally lovers?' William nudged impatiently.
