Adora looked up at the darkening sky. The wind was blowing hard, shaking the leaves and creating an unnerving rustling sound. The rumbling noise was growing louder, signaling that heavy rain was about to fall.
She bit her lip, her eyes wandering around in search of shelter. However, there were only tall trees with branches that were not strong enough to shield her from the rain. The cave where they used to find shelter was too far away, and with her sprained foot, she couldn't walk there quickly.
"Eric, hurry back," she murmured anxiously.
Meanwhile, Eric, who was looking for medicine for Adora's foot, also heard a rumbling sound. He looked up and immediately realized that it was the sound of rain about to fall shortly.
