Heart broken

Now as time passed, Ace got busy with helping aunty Nina at the shop as it was approaching the festive period so he never got the chance and time to go visit rubbie.although things were going very smoothly and amazing for Ace because after every daily sales aunt Nina always buys him a special snack and some ice cream on their way home.but with time Daniel and rubbie grew closer....and eventually started liking each other unknown to Ace.

now Ace was already planning to tell rubbie he liked her a lot but he didn't know what would happen after telling her that or what to do after telling her that he was inexperienced in this field.. Daniel was a bit older and had more experience than Ace when it came to relationship..

Ace then decided to tell rubbie about the feeling he has towards her ...but he found himself not able to put the words together he was the shy type...so there were occasions of him trying to tell her, but then changing the topic because he couldn't tell her how he felt or put it into words every time he tried he's heart beat faster and faster like he was running a marathon...so Ace decided to convoy how he feels via a love letter..he felt it'll be more easier and they will be less tension, because he wouldn't be there while she read's it .... he's letter contained the following words

Ace's Letter

hey rubbie how are you I'm really sorry I haven't been able to come say hi for a while now, have been so busy helping my aunt with her shop and the sales this period .I really missed you though and I would love to see you.... also I really want to tell you how I feel about you....

I really like and adore you every time I see you it's like my heart skips a beat.. every time I speak to you I never want

the moment to come to an end. I really couldn't put how I feel into words so I'm writing this letter hoping I can convey how I feel about you through this letter.... I'm really shy around you so this is the best I could do.also how is your mom hope she's good and also please do try to reply when you can I'll await your reply....bye Ace cares about you a lot...

Now Ace held the letter with intentions of giving it to rubbie the following Sunday..

but then something happened (it rained seriously)so rubbie couldn't make it to church....Ace always gets to church before rubbie because Aunt Nina always leaves very early ..and so Ace had gotten to church before the rain.....he was really looking forward to giving rubbie the letter... earlier he had prepared the best and finest cloth in his wardrobe..he even used Adam's face scrub to make his face lighter and ensure he was looking his best......he was on a green sleeve and black jean he was looking quite astonishing.....then a few minutes into the service the rain stopped..Ace anticipated rubbie's coming...he felt there might still be a chance she'll show up since the rain had let up... But in the end she didn't come..... after the service Ace was down because he felt All the efforts he put into his dress was a waste ....now the church has two services the first and second service.... Aunt Nina almost never attends the second service unless she has to do some house cleaning on a Sunday morning ....but rubbie on the other hand she and her mom mostly attend the second service....

Lucky for Ace on his way home he saw rubbie and her Mom going to church and the both waved at each other... although he didn't get the chance to give rubbie the letter he was happy he go to see her and that she saw him looking quite astonishing even if it was only for a moment......Aunt Nina had noticed he's change in mood and was wondering what changed his mood.....she had planned to get him some snacks to cheer him up

but to her greatest surprise Ace's mood had already lightened up ...... then she asked if Ace was ok and he nodded in response....so the following day Aunt Nina said she was going to give Ace a break from the shop to relax a little as he had been a great help these past few days .....Ace was so happy to hear this.. he could finally go pay rubbie a visit..he was so excited he quickly rushed to complete all his house chores and errands..then he waited for Aunt Nina to leave and immediately went to take his bath.. all course set for the house of the only female friend he had and liked at that time... Ace got to rubbie's place as early as 11:45 am.... rubbie mom was making yam pottage and the aroma filled the air ....Ace went in and rubbie was so delighted to see him she hugged him and they reminisced about school and some other things..... then rubbie's mum came to them with two plates of yam hot pottage...Ace thanked her and dug in ...as he had left the house forgetting to eat ..a few minutes later Daniel came to see rubbie also and all Three of them played cards and other games.....then it was time for Ace to leave B4 Aunt Nina came back and discovered he had left the house.....so he handed over the letter to rubbie and rushed out so she wouldn't read it while he was still at her place.. he's heart was racing and the was panicking thinking if it was really right to give her the letter then he went home..the following day Ace resumed helping aunt Nina at the shop.....to his greatest surprise while he was selling he spotted some one he was so surprised to see ...he really didn't think they will ever meet under these circumstances,nor did he think they would know where aunty Nina shop was ..although aunt Nina shop is in a big shopping mall but he never expected anyone he knew to come around .........
