After the temple was captured, Garcia sent a trooper to bring Sofia, Esmeralda, and other women to the temple through the forest where they had set up camp. As the native soldiers in the temple were neutralized, there seemed to be nothing to fear anymore, and now this was a safe place for them to stay for a while.
