Rt . Major-General Lok was confident that nobody had followed him as he got into his rented car parked outside the hospital . Of late , he had started feeling that somebody was stalking him since that day when he had presented his resignation letter to the president . He had seen a black car trailing behind up to a junction where he had branched into his office building . Since then , he had seen the car in two other occasions .
