Episode 4: Becoming the SRC president

It’s time for the school to select its SRC prefects,after so much efforts Ida was able to convince Richard to contest for the position of the SRC president,though he never wanted that kind of attention to himself he had to agree that it was indeed a great opportunity to become the president of the school, aside attention or popularity he will also have the chance to meet influential people should he succeed in winning the election.

Ida made a lot of campaign preparation and also avail herself when ever necessary,another candidate named Alex,who beliefs to be the hottest and richest dude on campus also contested for the position of the SRC president,he tell other student he was the only illegible candidate and that Richard was not his mate to contest the same position as him. Richard paid him no attention he only focused on convincing his fellow students to believe in capable leadership, most of the students were aback when they heard he was contesting as the SRC President of the school,this university isn’t just any university but one of the biggest in Ghana,becoming an SRC president of the school was indeed a great deal that’s why most of his colleagues were wondering how he will be able to achieve it.

Although Ida was his back bone,some still thinks he was not qualified to contest the position of the SRC President of the school talk more of contesting against the hottest dude on campus.Weeks of campaign passed leaving only two to their SRC election ,this was the time Alex finally realized that he underestimated his opponent who was Richard the very person he said wasn’t his match to contest the same position as him.
