"Is this a joke?" Vera blurted out in surprise.
Phoenix excused himself a few seconds ago because some businessmen wanted to greet him.
"No, dear. I am a wife. I am everything I want to be, you see. Did you think I would accept the role of a mistress like you? No. That is only for women like you. A woman like me is wife material, but maybe that role is too much for you."
