Eli didn't know what to do. He looked down at the girl in his arms who was coming in and out of consciousness. "Ace", he whispered her name gently and she moaned into his shoulder where her face was buried. He cursed under his breath and tried to shake her to wake her up. His vast experience with alcohol taught him that going to sleep without eating food or drinking lots of water, will give you a massive hangover the next morning. And as far as he knew his Ace, she wouldn't want a hangover on her wedding day.
He let out a chuckle as he imagined her walking down the aisle in a half drunk state. He wondered what her father would say to that.
"Eli!" Zack ran in a hurry towards him and grabbed his hand, "We gotta get out of here man. Can't you here all the noise?" he grabbed Eli's hand and guided them towards the exit,
"But what the hell dude! I don't see any fire anywhere", Eli said throwing a glance towards the club from where they exited,
"I have no f*****g idea, man", Zach shook his head and raked a hand through his hair, "Some chick must have lit a cigar in the no smoking zone and set off the alarm. Stupid drunk chicks", he muttered under his breath and quickened his pace. Eli didn't hurry cause his Ace was still in his arms and he didn't want to unsettle her in this drunken state.
"I have Sang's secretary in my car who can't seem to stop crying. And I have no f*****g clue what to do", he yelled and sprinted towards the parking lot. Eli followed suit, carrying a mumbling Sangavi in his arms.
As they reached Zach's car, Eli could hear loud wails of a female coming from the inside of the car. He didn't dare risk a peek, cause he was quiet confused whether it was a actually a woman or a cat crying.
"I know right", Zach shook his head with a forlorn expression, "And I have been dealing with this for the past twenty minutes", he shuddered like he just came out of a horror house.
"Ugh... what do we do now?" Eli asked Zach looking unsure at his mumbling fiancé who looked so adorable yet sexy and the short dress she was wearing, hitched up while he carried her into his arms and that did nothing to calm his manly needs. However a sudden rush of possessiveness consumed him at the thought that she was revealing what was his to others and this pissed him off. Sang was his, body and soul, no one else's. Eli felt himself come alive and also go into a shock at the same time at this possessive feeling. Where the hell did that come from? Is it because we are getting married tomorrow? He suppressed a groan that threatening to be releases just by looking at her innocent yet wild face. "oh what are you doing to me ace", he mumbles to himself.
"Sang!" the same female voice shrieked and the secretary whom he met that day at the meeting with Ace came out running from the car, "Oh! Sang", she cried holding onto Sangavi's face as tears poured out of her eyes, "What have I done?" she wailed loudly and clutching Sang's face in her palms.
"Okay!" Zach threw her a cautious look and pulled her away from his friend's fiancé by her shoulders. "I think she needs a doctor", he threw a meaningful look at Eli who shook his head in denial.
"Don't touch me, you asshole", Nimmy thrashed in Zach's arms who only tightened his hold, "Sang!" she cried again, sobbing loudly as her shoulders shook,
"May be she's thinking that her friend's dead", Zach mouthed to Eli who's eyes widened at the woman who looked so enthusiastic that day and now was wailing loudly,
"Ugh.." he cleared his throat to gain her attention, "If it makes you feel any better, Sang's alive", he said with a toothy grin.
"She is?" Nimmy exclaimed dramatically,
"God! What's with women, alcohol and drama, man!" Zach sighed exasperatedly as he held onto Nimmy from throwing herself over an unconscious Sangavi.
"Leave me. Let me see her", she said thrashing once again against Zach's hold.
"Calm down Nimmy", Eli used his commanding tone which made everyone obey him. He had enough already. And he didn't want this drunken woman create an unnecessary scene while his fiancé was drunk.
Nimmy fell limp in Zach's hands as new tears pooled in her eyes. Eli cursed at the emotional women and sighed, "Zach! I think she's gonna cry. Please take her home with you", he pleaded in a tone which only Zach was familiar with.
"What? Are you crazy? You want me to take 'this thing' to my place?" he asked his friend balancing an unsteady, emotional Nimmy and throwing a glare at Eli at the same time.
"Please man!" Eli said, his arms starting to strain with Sang's weight finally showing an impact. Zach sighed in pity and threw his friend another look which said 'you owe me' and carried a whimpering Nimmy away, who whispered in protest.
As the car zoomed away, Eli carried Sangavi towards his car and deposited her on the passenger's seat securing her seat belt.
"What have you done my dear", he whispered looking at her beautiful face.

After twenty minute drive in the city, he finally pulled in front of a small cozy diner which was still open at one am. Sang was still in the same position, coming in and out of consciousness. He sighed shaking his head; this was not how he pictured his bachelors night.
"Come on baby! It's time we feed you something", he muttered to her, though she didn't pay any attention to it.
He walked around the hood to her side and opened the door. He gently pulled the strap off, helped her out of the car and into the diner.
"What can I get you?" a guy sporting a lot of tattoo's asked them as soon as they settled in a corner booth. He chewed on his gum and seemed least bit bothered about a drunk woman being alone with a guy.
"We will have yogurt", he said looking at Sang who rested her cheek on his shoulder and looked around the diner with hooded eyes. "Lots of yogurt, actually", he said smiling down at her.
The tattoo guy rolled his eyes at them and walked away muttering under his breath something along the lines of customers and their weird orders.
"I don't like yogurt", Sang muttered holding onto his arms tightly,
"Neither do I", he replied, stroking her hair away from her face while she yawned. He couldn't help but smile at her cute face.
"I want ice cream. Pineapple", she said making a 'Yum' sound and licking her lips soundly.
Eli chuckled, "I seriously hope you remember tonight, after waking up" she looked up at him scrunching her brows and pouting her lips,
"Why?" she asked,
"Because", he traced her bottom lip with his index finger, "It would be a pity if you forgot how cute you are right now", he said instead of something cheesy.
"You mean I am stupid?" she asked lifting her head up and looking at him with doe like eyes,
Her face glowed in the night light and she looked so beautiful and innocent that he couldn't form any words, "No" he choked out a reply.
"Of course you think I am stupid", she said jutting her bottom lips out which made him want to just reach out and bite it. But he resisted his urges,
"I think you are very smart", he said tucking a loose strand behind her ear and she looked up at him curiously. "Because you are marrying me", he reasoned with a cheeky smile. Suddenly her face fell. It wasn't like before, when she was deliberately pretending to be sad, this time, she actually looked miserable.
"Everyone thinks I am stupid to marry you" her shoulders slouched and she leaned back into the wall and closed her eyes with a sigh. "Every ex girlfriend of yours hate me. Did you know I had to fire three models, just because of you?" she said and opened her eyes to look at him.
He was speechless. He never thought that a girl would feel so miserable to marry him. Yes, marriage was never on his agenda. But he always thought he was a good catch. The mothers of young girls in their society thought so too. And he was sure that when the time to get married came, many women would line up in front of him to become his wife. May be not for love but at least for his money they would happily marry him.
But here, right in front of him sat his fiancé. Smart, rich and beautiful, yet she was miserable. The reality that Sang despised marrying him was a huge blow to his ego.
"I didn't know that", he said taking the bowl of yogurt, which the tattoo guy just served them ungraciously and left. He took a spoonful of yogurt and bought it to her mouth.
Sang looked at him with hooded eyes. She looked tired and devoid of sleep. He knew it was the alcohol doing it and he needed to get her sober before he took her home. So, he bought the spoon closer to her lips and she slowly parted them, allowing him to feed her.
"We shouldn't be doing this", she said with her eyes closed and her lips parting occasionally when he bought a spoonful of yogurt to them.
"What?" he asked placing the now empty cup on the table.
"We are getting married tomorrow. We shouldn't see each other's faces until tomorrow when you lift my veil to kiss me", she said and sighed, "But then again, it's not like we are getting married for real, right? I mean, it's after all just a business deal",
Deal. Once again the word bought an unfamiliar rage within him. He hated to ever propose that deal. He wondered why he couldn't have an actual true wedding and a true marriage for once. He asked why everything had to be a business deal. He clenched his fist, what kind of a f*****g s**t am I getting myself into? He yelled within himself as he wondered about his future. He didn't like not knowing things. He always liked to be prepared, for whatever may come. Meetings, presentations, and anything else for that matter, he wanted to know what was happening and what will happen next. This feeling of not knowing anything about the tomorrow scared him. It excited him too, but it scared him.
"Ace", he called her gently and lifted the huge pitcher of water to her lips and she drank greedily. Drops of water slid down her chin and disappeared into the valley of her breasts but he didn't let his concentration waver. She is drunk and I won't take advantage of her state. He chided himself and grimaced immediately at the way he sounded to his own ears.
"I'm done" she said pushing away the pitcher to stand up, but her feet wavered and she stumbled forward. Eli was quick enough to hold her steady by placing his hands on her waist. Her hands braced his shoulders for support and her body leaned closer to him so that their faces were only a breath away.
Her eyes locked with his and her hair fell around them like a curtain, shielding their moment from the world to see. Eli's breath hitched in his throat. He forgot how to breath for a moment and suddenly it all made sense.
Whatever his life will be, his Ace will be a part of it. No matter where he would be after a few years from now on, his Ace, his wife would be with him. Despite what she felt for him right now, he will make sure that she liked him and respected him. And most importantly he would make sure that her life would not be as miserable as she thought it would be. For that, he'd do anything.
"Eli", she whispered leaning closer so that her lips brushed against his. He so wanted to pull her into his lap and do sinful things to her. But he couldn't. He knew that once she was completely sober, she'd regret initiating the kiss. He wouldn't let her feel remorse about kissing him, even for a second.
"We should go", he cleared his throat, standing up from his chair. He threw a few bills on the table and took her elbow and lead her out of the diner.
"But-", she started to protest but he didn't have any of it.
"Come on Ace, your parents must be worrying", he said pulling her along with him, ignoring all her half sense protests.

"Are you okay", Eli asked for the seventh time in the fifteen minute drive. Sangavi had been groaning and moaning, not in a good way at all, for the entire drive. She had been more awake now, and in extreme pain.
"I'm fine", she hissed yet again as she was giving the same reply since he started asking her the sam question,
"Ermm", another groan came from beside him and this time, it sounded different from the previous groans. It was more painful and Sang was clutching her stomach so tight, Eli could see the dress fabric
"Ace? You alright?" Eli asked her gently looking at her briefly before concentrating on the road.
"No, you asshole", she sounded hoarse, but a lot like an almost sober Sang.
"What? What happened? What did I do?" he asked confused and also a little concerned,
"You pulled me out of the diner", she complained clutching her stomach and groaning again loudly.
"So what? What's wrong with that? Did you want to eat something? Are you hungry?" he had no idea what she was talking about. Her frown twisted her face painfully and his heart clenched at her discomfort.
"I want to.." she trailed off with another painful moan,
"What?" he pulled up to the side of the road and turned his body to face her completely. "You are scaring me, Ace. What happened? What's wrong? Do you need a doctor? Shall we go to the hospital?" he asked reaching for her hands which were clutching her stomach tightly.
"No.. I need to..." she trailed off shaking her head,
"What? You need to what? Tell me. I will get you anything you want", he said desperately. He never had a female friend. Nor he ever stayed in a relationship for more than a few nights to know these female issues. His hands were sweating in tension, as he realized that he knew nothing about a woman's health issues.
"Anything baby", he whispered, "Just tell me", she met his gaze and her eyes moistened. Her flushed red in pain which he took in his palms and stroked her cheeks gently. "What do you need?" he asked again,
"Umm", Sang hesitated for a minute, before shutting her eyes closed and yelling "Pee. I need to pee". Eli's hands dropped from her face and Sang immediately covered her face with her hands.
"I am sorry. I thought I could hold it in, but I can't. I have to. I need to", she cried in embarrassment, "Please Eli",
Hearing his name from her lips snapped him out of his daze. Of course you fool. She was drunk and then you made her eat yogurt and drink loads of water. Of course she needs to pee. How could you not realize that? His subconscious reprimanded him.
"I... uh.. okay", he said and got out of the car, opening her door. She slowly got out of the car, looking at her shoes.
"There are a lot of trees and..." he trailed off scanning the area. They were standing on a national highway and very few cars and trucks passed by. If they were lucky no cop would stop them at this hour. "That rock will be a good hide for...", he trailed off when she threw him a disgusting look.
Though he was a guy and was expected to be cheap and disgusting, he never did something like this – peeing in the open. So, he could only imagine what kind of mortification she must be feeling.
He opened the back door and took the water bottle which was lying from god knows when. "Take this. Don't drink it 'cause it's old. But you can use it for... you know" he trailed off making a gesture towards her woman parts, and her look turned into a glare
"Shut up", she hissed and snatched the bottle from his hand. She turned around but immediately wavered in her steps. Eli caught her from behind by her shoulders, studying her,
"Can you manage?" he asked, unsure of how she would reply
"I surely don't want your assistance for this", she said motioning to her woman parts and walked away towards the huge rock he pointed out.
He sighed and leaned onto his car as a smile graced his lips. This is definitely not how he pictured his bachelor party. Getting drunk, enjoying strippers' tease, and getting laid - Definitely, but getting a drunk fiance home - No! Definitely not how I imagined this night! he thought.
