His voice sounded husky and strained, as if he was holding himself back. Startled by the raw lust in his voice, Julie pulled her hand away. She couldn't help looking into his eyes to see if he was serious about his words. Shane's dark eyes burned into the depths of her soul, and they were narrowed on her in a purely predatory look.
