  "I told you that I'm not leaving without you," Julie reminded him firmly.   "I will be right behind you, Jules. But we don't have time to debate this. Get ready to f*****g run," Shane lied smoothly, grateful for the gunfight so Julie couldn't see the truth in his eyes.   It's not that he wasn't going to follow her. He was just damn well going to make sure everyone got away first. But he knew Julie wouldn't leave until he promised that.
