17 Bev had been living in sweat pants and eating Ben and Jerry’s for two weeks and her wardrobe was limited not only by the cast on her leg, but also by the ten pounds she’d gained. A silk T-shirt and knee length skirt was all she could find to fit her perilous shape. “Where to?’ Sam asked after he had worked her into the car. “Somewhere they serve salad!” She had to start somewhere.
