Michihiko Ikari, a Japanese detective, who was especially appointed by David Bertareli to discover the story behind the car accident that happened a few days ago.This man had earned a fair amount of recognition in Japan, catching the 2 of the most sought criminals in his supervision was definitely not a walk in the park.The 37 year old Michihiko was just 15 years in service but a well respected figure in his field.It was because he was always at the top of his game.
