I opened my mouth and Alpha Tristan settled the spoon filled with food in my mouth. I chewed slowly, my eyes on him and watching his every move. Ever since I woke up moments ago, he has been quiet. The only time I heard him speak was when he instructed the maid to get me food.
I could only eat silently. My protest not to eat was met with a look that instantly made me eat. I didn't want to upset him. I could tell he was and was trying to keep it away. The one thing that remained in my mind was how he rejected my advances.
Yes, I was burning up. I woke up that way after my nap, and Ruby informed me it might have been because I had not eaten. To top that up, I felt sick. I had not eaten, but I chose to take my drugs and maybe that was the edge my body needed for it to break
