Fabian was awoken by the sound of loud knocking on the front door. He cussed furiously as he rolled out of bed, promising himself to wring Delilah’s neck the moment he opened the door to let her in. He’d warned her severally to stop waking him up with such loud noises. He’d also told her to always have her keys with her whenever she went out, yet she won’t listen. Now here he was, awake at such an ungodly hour because she had forgotten to take her key with her again.
