Vivian officially introduced Oscar to her family a few weeks after the barbecue party. If it were up to her, she wouldn’t have introduced him to them just yet but he insisted on meeting her folks.
Since she didn’t have any credible reasons to give him for refusing his request, she gave in. Her parents were impressed by Oscar’s polite manner and how well-spoken he was.
