Momma D’s eyes swiveled away from Vivian to Osar and then to Cynthia. She looked away and said something to Fabian. He looked in Vivian’s direction before nodding his head once and standing up to leave. He then gestured to the lady sitting with them to join him, and she promptly stood up and followed him out of the restaurant. Momma D signaled for the check, and a waiter showed up immediately to attend to her. Vivian looked away with a sense of relief. Thank God, she’s leaving. She thought.
