"Alright, alright let's slow down" Arbeya said, clutching his injured side in pain. Lifting his hand off of his side, he saw that some blood had rubbed off onto the palm of his hand.
Looking down at his bandages, he saw that his wound had reopened a little. Making his bandages crimson with his own blood. His multiplier had long since ran out and the recoil of his ability was setting in. While his ability is active, Arbeya feels no pain, but once it is deactivated. All the pain he experienced while fighting will flood in.
The ripped jeans he had "borrowed" from Takamura were now, only slightly, covered in blood. The Gucc* belt was a different story, the belt had been ruined by his blood. It didn't matter to him though, he was never planning on returning the belt or the pants to Takamura.
"Guess my wounds musta reopened while I was jumping and moving around" He said and fell back, plopping down onto the grass covered ground of the forest.
"Well we need to leave now, so thanks for the assist with helping break me out but we gotta go. So see ya" Marco said and grabbed Daisuke's shoulder to direct him in the direction of their mountain hut.
"Actually we can't leave him" Daisuke said and Marco gave Daisuke a perplexed look.
"He's my new disciple" The one eye ronin said. It took Marco a moment to comprehend what Daisuke had just said, but once he did, his brows furrowed and his baby blue eyes conveyed anger.
"This little sh*t" He said and pointed at Arbeya.
"Who you calling little sh*t?" Arbeya asked and scowled up at Marco from his spot on the floor.
"You dipsh*t, who else?" The baby blue eye man said and returned Arbeya's hostility with his own.
"Oh yeah, says the dude who got caught. We saved your stupid as*" Arbeya said and pushed himself up to his feet. Completely ignoring the pain he was feeling.
The orange eye male stepped toward Marco, but the other male didn't back down.
"Alright that's enough, both of you are in no shape to fight. Arbeya your injured and Marco your out of energy. We'll walk home, besides it's not like we'll be attacked by anyone from that base" Daisuke said and the two boys calmed down.
"Better not get in my way" Marco said and began to walk off.
Arbeya's brows furrowed and an angry look crossed his face, but he just decided to bite his tongue and ignore him.
The trio began to walk through the forest once more and reached the grassy plain from before quite easily.
Finally making it back to the mountain by sundown, climbing the mountain and making it to the mountain hut just in time to catch the final rays of sunlight disappear beyond the horizon.
The moon and the stars making their appearance once the sun had taken its leave.
Arbeya plopped down onto the small wooden veranda that the japanese hut had outside.
Looking around, he took in the appearance of the mountain.
The Japanese style hut was positioned on the top of the mountain, being placed on a small flatland area. Not so far away from the hut, the second pool of pink water could be seen that Daniel spoke of. Pink bubbles constantly popping above the pink pool of water, the water trapped inside spilling out into the pool in a constant flow.
That same pool of water flowed to the edge of the mountain and formed the waterfall seen at Bubblegum Fountain camp.
A few red maple leaves swimming around in the pool of pink water from a tree a few meters away.
The night time sky adding on to this perfect image of fleeting beauty.
If anything, this area was atleast peaceful.
"Here" a voice came from behind. A piece of cloth suddenly being thrown at Arbeya's head. The boy grabbed the piece of cloth off of his face and saw that it was a change of pants. Specifically, sweatpants.
"Thanks, but you know you could have just handed it to me" Arbeya said and watched Marco's left eye visibly twitch from from slight annoyance.
Marco now wore nothing but a pair of blue, comfy, pajama pants and a pair of earrings. Because of this, Arbeya noticed the tattoo on Marco's chest. It was an entirely black tattoo of a cartoon heart over where his actual heart was inside his chest. The heart tattoo had a wavy pattern inside of it with a cross from the bible in the middle of those waves. The cross had some vines wrapped around it as well as a small book at its center. The boys earings were simple black diamond earrings that almost looked like ear piercings. They were round and were no bigger than his earlobes.
"Or I could have left you to sleep in those bloody jeans. Just don't get any blood on my pants" Marco said and began to walk back into the hut.
"Why are you always pissed?" The orange eye male asked and Marco turned to face him.
"I don't know, maybe 'cause I haven't gotten a good night's sleep in weeks 'cause he refused to come help me" Marco said and looked to Daisuke with a glare.
"Guilty as charged" "That's not something to be happy about!" Marco yelled at Daisuke's reply.
The one eye ronin chuckled as he said "C'mon I left you 'cause I knew you could handle yourself". A charismatic smile crossing Daisuke's face that Marco seemed to grimace at.
"Alright, next time I won't take so long" "Oh there isn't gonna be a next time. Those guys caught me by surprise but I'm burning the next b*tch that tries to touch me" the ocean blue eye male said and plopped down on a futon on the floor. The same white futon that Arbeya had slept on the night before.
Then he got to thinking, where was he gonna sleep for the night?
"Hey guys, where am I sleeping?" he asked as the two both got into sleeping positions.
"Idk dude, maybe sleep on the floor or some sh*t" Marco said and snuggled up under his blanket. Shutting his eyes to get some sleep, not caring about Arbeya's sleeping arrangements.
"You could always just sleep like I do" Daisuke said and leaned against the wall, throwing his cloak over himself as a makeshift blanket. His blade leaned up against the wall next to him and his hat on the floor, at his side.
The orange eye male sighed and changed his pants. Walking inside the hut and shutting the sliding door. Finding a random corner of the room to sleep in.
That went down as one of most uncomfortable sleeps he had ever had.
