A full moon hung in a blanket of a billion stars. The midnight air was warm, with an occasional cool breeze that swept away the heat for a few seconds. The Cuban Hotel was lit up, giving it a grand appearance. The sound of crashing waves was dulled by the traditional music playing in the bar. The door opened to room 120, and the drunken silhouette stumbled into the suite and headed for the bathroom. Brief grumbles and groans came from the unlit bathroom.
