"You think you're so smart, don't you?" Sofia hissed from behind me as I walked down the hallway and towards the stairs, her arms folded in front of her chest, her eyes flashing daggers at me. "Getting Grandfather to take your side and Uncle Damien. Newsflash," she breathed, moving closer and stabbing her index finger into my chest as I gritted my teeth, "that's not going to last long."
"Jealous, Sofia? Grandfather and Damien didn't fall for your tricks, and that's what's pissing you off, isn't it?" I said with a smirk.
"Why on earth would I be jealous of you?" she scoffed, "at least I'm not replaceable like you are. Do you really think that when you get your wolf, or when we turn eighteen, our parents will see you differently? Or that you'll ever earn their approval?"
