Standrick was filled with people like that, the rich and greedy, and every building in this city belonged to someone’s list of properties. The ones that ruled above all the A-listers were the Su’Depp family, the protectors of the western hemisphere, and the only ones who could do whatever the hell they wanted, seeing as no one was above them who could reprimand their behavior.
Still, as odd as a group they were, they held the position and power that many dreamed of, hence they were worshipped as well as feared. It’s like you know fire could burn you, and it happily would, but all you can think about is how to use it to your advantage.
