Chapter twenty two

They soon drove to a white colored house with lights and Halloween decorations hanging from the walls, it’s looked so bright and beautiful and music could be heard from the inside, Terry parked the car outside and they got down from the car, other people were coming down from their cars too dressed in different costumes and some were just standing outside, talking and holding a red cup. Terry, Winnie and Wendy walked into the house.

 The music was loud and teenagers were dancing and having fun, some were making out in different corners, they walked further into the house, it was a little bit dark but they could see due to the blue decoration lights everywhere in the house.

“Now this is a party” Terry smiled as he kept looking around, “Alright guys let’s have as much fun as we can get” Wendy hugged the both of them and danced into the crowd, “see you by the door at 10 girl” Terry followed Wendy. Winnie sighed and found her way into the kitchen, she picked up a shot glass and filled it with vodka, she poured it in her mouth and it hit really hard, she shook her head

“hard right?” Arianna asked as she walked in, “yeah, really hit the spot” she cleared her throat, “hey, I never thought you’d be here, what’s up?” she filled the shot glass with vodka, “ yeah, My cousin is part of Stephanie’s entourage, she invited me” Arianna took a sip from the red cup in her hand, “oh, that’s cool” She took another shot of vodka, “yeah, you didn’t call though” Arianna said shyly, “look I um…I didn’t forget, I was just.. I didn’t know what to say, I still don’t right now” she laughed nervously

“yeah it’s obvious” Arianna laughed and Stephanie walked into the kitchen

“Didn’t think you’d make it” Stephanie walked up to Winnie, “and here I am, happy Halloween” she said sarcastically

“Where is Blake? Since you’re here I assume he should be too, after all I told him to bring your sorry ass even if he has to” Stephanie folded her arms, “ you are always so bitchy, never had anyone teach you manners? Because I happened to know a thing or two about it” Winnie dropped the shot cup and got in Stephanie’s face, Stephanie moved back a little, “I don’t need lessons from you, anyways you don’t seem to know where he is, I’ll just wait for him, enjoy” Stephanie took a glance at Arianna and walked away.

   “well she’s a jerk” Arianna spat, and Winnie rolled her eyes “I know right” she added as she took the vodka and shot glass

“I need to find a quiet place” Winnie looked around, “that is almost not possible, it’s a party” Arianna leaned on the counter, “but it’s a house so definitely there will be rooms” Winnie shrugged and walked upstairs and Arianna followed

 Winnie opened one room and some teenagers were making out in there, she quickly closed the door, “okay that one is taken” she whispered and walked to another door, she opened it and it was empty, “in here’ she told Arianna and they walked in and closed the door

“ it’s much better in here” Winnie sat on the bed, “seems like you hate parties” Arianna walked around, “Parties are not my thing, But if it involves drinking, I’m all in” Winnie smiled as she poured herself another shot of vodka

“okay but take it easy, you are going to get drunk” Arianna laughed as she sat beside her, “I’ll be fine, so tell me a bit about, just a bit , I might sleep through the rest because you know…” she held up the bottle of vodka and Arianna chuckled, “ I understand, so I’m almost done with senior year, my dad is the owner of Burgers n fries and I mostly help out after school, and my mom is in Italy, after she divorced my dad when I was eight she moved” Arianna sighed

“Oh I’m sorry, sorry that she never got to see you grow into the pretty teenage waitress you are” Winnie smiled at her, and she blushed “now tell me a bit about you” Arianna dropped her cup

“well I’m almost done with senior year too, I have a brother, a hot one” she chuckled , “my dad is an architect and my mom is an housewife, I’m kind of an introvert had my heart broken once, but here I am” she shrugged

“wow, seems nice, who would break your heart? You seem like the easiest person to be around” Arianna touched her hand, “a girl I really liked, but I don’t really want to talk about it, she didn’t deserve me anyway” Winnie sighed as she ran her hands through her hair, “she certainly didn’t” Arianna caressed her hair and gave her a quick kiss on her lips

  Winnie was stunned and she finally got the nerve to say something, “you are into girls? Or me?” she asked

“I liked you the moment you walked into the restaurant and yes I love girls” Arianna laughed, “okay” Winnie giggled, “don’t you think we’re rushing this?” Winnie bit her lower lip, “if you think it is then we can slow down till we get to know each other better” Arianna shrugged

“Okay but for now let’s keep the moment” Winnie smiled and pulled Arianna into another kiss
