I met him

Our second period has ended, It's time for a break.

She texts Adrianne and Jamie to meet her at the Pastry shop in front of our school.    

she enters the Cafe and the scent of sweet baked goods hit her nose

It was a warm, cosy atmosphere, the walls were painted baby pink with fake scented flowers glued to the wall, the fluffy light pink carpet, and the white fairy lights hanging on the curtains that were coloured peach, matching with the white chairs and baby pink tables.

She sits at the table near the window, taking in the view of the trees that surrounded her school, They were decorated by little rain droplets. The sound of soft rain hitting the glass window relaxed Sai, as the rainy weather was her absolute favourite.

She smiled to herself, and then she heard someone lightly tap the table.

 She looked to see who it was and lo and behold

It was a boy.

"Hey! I'm Felix, I'm the Barista of this shop, and you are?"

If Sai said she wasn't taken aback by this surprisingly chatty male, she would be lying.

"Saiyara, But you can call me Sai. I'm a student at Starworld Academy"

she sounded a bit colder than she intended, But then she heard a ting, must me her phone.

She picked it up and frowned

'BROOOO IMMA NEED TO DIP ON YOU, THERE'S THIS REALLY HOT NEW GUY AT OUR SCHOOL, YOU SHOULD COME IF YOU WANT TO!' -Adrianne

'Sai help shes dragging me along with her to see this new chick, I think his name is Chris or whatever, but basically, everyone is going insane, some females are even dropping to their knees for him, Poor guy, But I advise you not to come right now if you don't want to see people trying to suck someones d"-Jamie

"Got hung up on a date?" The Australian, Freckled boy with a surprisingly deep ass voice tilted his head

"Guess you could say th-" Before Sai could finish, Someone slammed his hand on the table 

"What are you doing with my boyfriend?" This, quite dark looking unfamiliar male with really big Arms, like really big, He must work out, Interrogated Sai.

"Woah chill, he came up to me first ?" Sai answered defensively

"Lewis, you need to stop scaring people so much, look at the poor girl, she's quivering"Felix patted the seat next to him for Lewis to sit on

"Who is she, what are you doing with her?" He sat and asked

"She looked lonely so I wanted to accompany her, She got hung up on a date" 

"Ohhhh" Lewis looked at Sai with guilt and sympathy in his eyes, "Sorry about that, what's your name?"

What is up with people having mood swings?

"Saiyara, But you can call me Sai, Student at Starworld Academy if you already couldn't tell by my uniform" 

This time she wanted to sound cold, But she sounded like a scared little lamb instead.

Lewis's eyes widened in shock laced with fear

"YOU GO TO THA-" Lewis got up, but then got cut off by Felix

"Stop scaring her you dimwit!" Felix slapped his arm

Sai chuckled at how Lewis pouted at Felix

"Listen, We go to your school too but no one knows we're gay, If they do, the teachers will get informed, the headmistress, Then our parents, then we might get prohibited from seeing each other because Headmistress is Homopho-" Felix was about to finish when Lewis spoke up

"We need you to zip your mouth and never speak about us being a couple. got it?" 

"Of course, I'm queer myself Y'know" Sai smiled lightly "Congrats on your relationship!"

"That's it, We're adopting you now, You're our best friend," Felix said with a determined face, 

"Lix we don't even know he-"

'Shut it, Lew, She's the first person who didn't act homophobic and congratulated us, she is also Queer, what more can you ask?" Felix spoke

"Bisexual actually, And of course I would love to be friends!" Sai clapped 

"We need a celebration, I'll go get cake " Felix smiled brightly before leaving

It was an awkward silence before Lewis broke it 

"Sai huh? arent you that one chick that confessed to Christopher bang and got rejected in front of everyone back in high school?"

He snickered

"What a nice first impression, Lewis Clark" Sai rolled her eyes

"Nah, Don't take offence, But he probably remembers you, I mean, You were the first person that confessed In front of the whole school and not in secret" He added, "Very Bold of you Saiyara Lee"

"We were really surprised, By the way, you haven't really changed, You're still really short. Haven't drunk enough milk huh?" Lewis was enjoying the irritated look on Sai's face

"Hmm, Weren't you the straight 'player' in high school? I remember you making out with practically everyone, Or should I say, Every female?" Sai held in her laugh

Now it was Lewis's turn to get irritated, he made a puking face regretting everything, He agonized the days he pretended to be heterosexual.

"Am I interrupting something?" Felix sat back down with a chocolate cake, It smelt heavenly 

"I love chocolate!!" Sai exclaimed, smiling brightly.

"Me too!!" Felix and Sai high five while giggling 

Lewis softly chuckled at how cute the two look 

"You look familiar by the way, Have we met before?" Felix studied her features, Then he gasped

'crap' she thought to herself

"You're the bold chick who got crushed by Chris in front of everyone in high school!" Felix started laughing hysterically 

Sai just sat there with a blank expression, Face stuffed with chocolate cake, watching the Lewlix couple trying to catch their breaths from laughing so hard

'Ting!' It was Felix's phone

"Time for class"

"You set a notification for class time?" Sai looked at him in disbelief

"I'm a very organized person" He stated proudly

"What are yall waiting for? lets gooo" Lewis pushed us 

                                                                   --At the end of school--

"SAIIII I MISSED YOU" Jamie jumped towards me

"Did you see the guy I told you about earlier?" Adrianne asked

"Nope, I have no interest whatsoever," Sai said Blankly

"It's always the bitches who don't like the boy, gets with them." Adrianne says

"What?" Jamie questions

"You know how there's this overly hot boy in school and the main lead girl doesn't like him but then gets with him in the end? In movies" Adrianne answered

"You and your stupid ass movi-" Sai was about to finish until she got cut off

"SAI" felix screamed and ran to her, giving her a big hug.

Lewis Stood there, waving and smiling at Sai, waiting for felix To let go of you so Lewis can hug you

Adrianne and Jamie just stood there, confused

After the little reunion, Sai explained to the girls about her new friends.

Felix slightly glared at them while shaking hands, They ditched Sai for a guy after all.

Lewis gave them a quick , small bow before gently taking Sai's hand and holding it, Felix did the same with her other hand.

The tension between the two groups was high as they were silently arguing with eyes, about who gets to walk with Sai .

Sai looked at her left, to the boys, then to her right, to girls.

They looked in front of her, and lo and behold.

Christopher bang

Walking towards her with a teasy look

Sai's eyes widened as she let go of lewis and Felix's hand

The girls saw the concern in her eyes, and then looked where she was looking.

Lewis and Felix did the same.

The couple smirked at her, trying to hold in their laughs while remembering the high school incident.

The girls looked at her teasingly, They thought she took a liking to his appearance, little did they know what happened between The male and Sai.

Then the realization hit her

Christopher bang

was walking towards her

THE CHRISTOPHER BANG

"AHHHHHHHHHHHH" She ran away in terror

Chris started chasing her while laughing, he probably wants to tease her about it.

The Lewlix couple laughed lightly, The girls got a bit bored so they walked home while holding hands.

"Guess we're walking her hm?"

"Yup" Lewis stated proudly.

On the other hand, Chris was looking for Sai

Finaly sai hid in the swimming class, But her sigh of relief was cut off when she heard footsteps coming to the door

She panicked, So she thought of the only way

Jump

And so she did

She held her breath and jumped into the pool 

Chris entered the room and stayed there for a good 2 minutes

After that, Sai got out and started coughing , she held her stomach and sat on the ground , trying to catch her breath

"Need a towel?" a Deep voice could be heard from behind her, "Yes" she replied

A strong looking, veiny, Muscular hand offered her a towel.

She wiped the water away from her face, which was dripping mascara.

Her hair, wet and messy.

Finally she wrapped the towel around her body and stood up, She turned around to say thank you.

'f**k' she thought.

He was there.

Towering over her

His blond, fluffy hair, sweat dripping from his face to his neck, from all of the running

his plump lips, curved in a teasing smirk.

The shirt, it fitted his body perfectly, his chest, abs, everything about him was hot.

She felt like she was about to faint.

"You're not as brave as before, Saiyara Lee"

He teased, and god, he sounded so hot.

"We were in highschool, past is past, so kindly shut the f**k up"

She spat

"What are you so mad for? Because I didn't accept your UNDYING love for me?" He teased even more

"No, its because your face looks a bit too bitchy and the only thing that's keeping me from snapping your neck right now is Jail" She smiled sarcastly 

"Okay okay, Why the hell are you being so rude? what did I even do?" he looked slightly offended

"Why the hell are you teasing because of some high school incident? We were young and dumb for f***s sake, what gives you so much pleasure teasing someone for something they're severely embarrassed about?" She answered with a question

"You know, You've gotten much more annoying than before" He laughed a little

"And you've gotten much more bitchier than before, Now if you excuse me, Please f**k off" She walked away

"But my towel-" Chris got cut off by the door closing.

                                                                     ---Walking home---

Lewis and Felix laughed like maniacs while people gave them weird looks.

"SHE JUMPED INTO A POOL I CANT-" Lewis laughed harder

Felix was almost crying "I HAVENT LAUGHED THIS MUCH IN AGES" He wiped his tears while laughing even more

'assholes' she muttered loud enough for them to hear, which of course, made them laugh even more.

"you guys wanna hang out later?" Sai tried to change the topic

"Sure" Felix was catching his breath

Lewis nodded his head , still wheezing.

"Lets meet at the Prink flower amusement park , See yall" She waved at the two , then ran off to her house.

The couple walked home 

"Hey honey, should I text Chris about her?" Lewis asked

"Yeah! I lowkey still ship them" Felix answered

Sai took out her phone and texted Adrianne

'I met him'

'How did it go?'-Adrianne

'I'll explain later'-Sai

'Okay, but why are you privately texting me about this?'-Adrianne

'Well, I wanted to tell you something'-Sai

'Go on'-Adrianne

'I think Jamie likes me, I know it's weird, but she been non stop texting me since last month, She's been calling me "Cute" nicknames, she's basically acting like we're dating. " - Sai

'About f*****g time'-Adrianne

'What do you mean?'-Sai

'Sai, you really think I don't know about this? I'm her best friend too, she tells me everything. She's transparent to me. She told me she has a crush on you, BUT you did NOT hear it from me. Now my question is, Do you like her back?' -Adrianne

'I don't know, I'm confused. I don't know if I like her that way, But I have been feeling those butterflies I used to get around my previous crushes'-sai

'I have the temptation to kiss her sometimes'-sai

'Okay maybe I like her, But I don't know if I want a relationship yet'-Sai

"Friends with Benefits?'-Adrianne

Meanwhile, With Lewis and Felix.

'yup, rumours have been going around that you guys are probably a thing'-Felix

Lewis Laughed at Felix's text

'We definitely aren't.  She looks like she's planning a murder for me'-Chris

'Cmon man, Can't you see?'-Lewis

'She clearly still likes you, she's probably playing hard to get ;)'-Lewis

'Yeah, I made friends with her earlier, and she absolutely did not forget about you'-Felix

'You guys are just overthinking things. You should've seen how bitchy she was. Gosh, I feel like slapping that face'-Chris
