They danced in each other arms quietly for a moment. Then Stella lifted her face up to look at him.
"Will you accept his offer?"
She finally asked out of her curiosity. Leo raised his eyebrows and was surprised that she asked. He was not surprised by her courage. But surprised that she was interested to know about his personal thoughts as she was acting arrogant and gave him I-don't-care-about-your-business attitude most of the time.
"Santo owes me a lot of money. it's a lot more than your stepfather owed me. And I don't think he can pay me with money."
He said, avoiding answering directly. Leo wanted to see her reaction but she only nodded to acknowledge. He really wanted to know what she understood or how she interpreted his statement.
