Billie stares at me in shock for a long hard moment before she shakes her head.
"We didn't kill Selena." She pauses. "You killed Selena."
"Yeah, but she thinks we ganged up and killed Selena." I lie. "So that we could be together. She knows that we disguised her murder as a suicide."
"Damn it!" She snaps. "How did she find out?"
"That's what I've been asking myself," I reply. "I think she went through my phone and connected the dots. She says it's suspicious that we started dating immediately after Selena's suicide."
