Chapter 5:

Aiden’s POV:

I promised Stephen that I would protect his daughter and I promised all the others as well and I will keep my promise. Violet is broken without her family I can tell she was the biggest daddy’s girl when she was a baby I remember when she was born I was there, and I held her, and I remember Stephen asking me if anything happens to him I will help Layla but if something happens to both of them I would protect her. And I said yes I promised him and I’m gonna keep it. Violet is a gutter mouth and i know Stephen and Layla would have never allowed this. All there, other kids are all safe with their Aunts and Uncles that are in the mafia. And Violet and the other 6 where for me to look after. Once I heard Violet asking for a smoke I wanted to punch the wall. She wanted to smoke at the age of 16 turning 17 very soon. I was beyond pissed but I didn’t punch the wall instead I just said she couldn’t have one in a stern voice. After Violet walked up the stairs and got her stuff well the others did the same Xander was out the back, so I walked out to him. “Go away asshole.” He said once he looked at me. “Xander look I’m sorry that I was never there for you I have my reasons and you may not remember but before you 5th birthday I was always there for you but once you turned 5 I was barely ever there and that’s because V and the other parents were in danger and I was scared that if i didn’t warn them and help them V and the others would be dead or worse they would forever never see their parents again I couldn’t let my friends be killed I saved them and ever since I have been busy making sure they don’t get killed and watching over all of their children making sure there safe I wanted to tell you all this but it was too dangerous. And after a while I thought you didn’t want me anymore cause one day I walked towards your door and heard you on your phone to Seth and Mike saying you hated me and you’re better off without me so I decided to let your wish come true.” I said. I turned around to leave. “Wait Dad… I’m sorry okay I get it and I didn’t mean all that I was just angry and I’m glad you helped their parents and them V and the others don’t deserve that.” Xander said. I nodded and walked back inside. To see everyone packing their cars and bikes. I see a few of my members getting on the kids bikes will they got into their car. I shook my head and smirked. “Smart kids they must really love their vehicles.” Matthew said. I nodded. And just like that we were off the kids following me and the gang.

Xander’s POV:

We were 2 minutes away from the gates to our mansion I was smiling I’m glad my dad and I are getting along I missed him a lot. After a little long then 2 minutes we arrived at the mansions gates that opened up and we all drove in. Once we parked we all got out of our cars my mother came running out of the house and towards My farther and me she didn’t notice the others once she hugged us she finally realised. She looked at Violet and all the others and she smiled. “Wow! You guys have grown up so much from the last time I saw you.” My mother said. “Anyway, guys this is my wife and Xander’s mother, Maya Anderson.” My farther spoke. “Now you must all be tired come on in dinner is almost done so well it’s still cooking you guys can go relax and check out your rooms. I looked at Violet who jumped up and down once Seth rode in on her motorbike she ran over to it and once Seth got off she checked it for any marks which there was none. “Oh, I was kind of hoping to have punched or slapped you, but it looks like you looked after my motorbike nicely.” Violet said and smirked. Seth walked over to us and whispered, “Well I kind of got her a fine cause I ran a red light.” We both shock our heads. We all walked in and my farther showed the guys their rooms.

Violet’s POV:

Once we walked in Aiden said he’ll show us to our room. And once he walked upstairs there was 7 doors opened. Riley’s room was the 2nd door to the right and next to hers was Brice’s and a crossed from his was Derek’s next to Brice’s room was Taylor’s and next to Taylor’s room was mine. Across from mine was Asher and next to me was Rider. I walked into my room and seen it was just my style on the bed there was a box that said. “My baby girl your mother and I love you and where sorry We gave this to Aiden when you were 4 years old so once you get this well know Aiden kept his promise.” A tear fell down my eyes I turned around and shut the door. I opened the box to see a lot of stuff inside. One thing caught my eye and it was a photo book which I have never seen before I opened the book and more tears rolled down my eyes as I seen photos of my parents and my siblings and I as a baby. Once I slowly went through the book I was fully in tears. “I love you mum and dad.” I whispered. I put the photo book back into the box and seen a piece of paper folded up in half I grabbed it and opened it.

The letter:

“Dear Violet.

My baby girl I don’t have much time to write this because this morning I was told your mother and I need to go into hiding and so do you guys but not all together I hope Riley, Asher, Derek, Taylor, Rider and Brice keep you safe and you do the same thing for them. I’m afraid you’re going to be a trouble maker when your older and if you are please be safe. It hurts me to leave you and your brothers alone. Take care of your older brother Caleb and your younger brother Max. Max will need you and Caleb will to. V I know your love for fighting and bikes and cars is gonna be in your future I just hope you do it safely. V I know once you find out who is after us you’ll go after them and try to kill them, and I know you’ll try to do it on your own. And I want you to promise me never to go into their territory alone you need to have at least over a hundred people with you on your side. Honey we love you and we will always I have to go now stay strong and don’t do anything to stupid.

I put the note back into the box and cried not caring who heard anymore. About a few seconds later Aiden walked in looking sad he hugged me after he shut the door. “Why if they knew why not take us with them.” I said well sobbing in his chest. “Honey I promised your farther I would protect you and I’m gonna stick to that promise your farther couldn’t take you with them it was too dangerous. And he wanted to protect you and the other two kids.” He said while rubbing my back in a soothing way I nodded my head. After a few minutes Maya called from downstairs that dinner was ready, so Aiden wiped my tears away and we both walked downstairs. I sat in between Aiden and Asher since we were the last ones down.

 Maya’s POV:

I knew Violet was crying we all knew when Violet walked up the stairs we could all see she was wanting to cry from the moment she stepped foot into the mansion she must have remembered it from when she was little. I was going to check on her after my husband came down that’s when I heard crying and the boys and Riley were at her door thinking what to do but none of us walked in when we were about to my husband came up and said he’ll talk to her alone. We all just nodded our heads and left sept for Xander he waited at the door. After dinner was ready to serve I decided to call them down knowing they heard me. At the dinner table we all sat talking about random stuff. We all fell silent once my oldest daughter walked in. “You’re not welcomed here Montana!” Xander gritted out. What we all didn’t expect was for Violet to stand up and slap Montana in the face. “You b***h you tried to kill me I seen you in the forest and at the bar and both times I was shot at!” Violet screamed this time punching Montana. Asher quickly got up and grabbed Violet and held her back. “Wait She’s your daughter?” Riley asked. We all nodded our heads. “You do know she works for the Black Shadows right.” Riley asked again. “We know that’s why she’s not welcomed here, and she is disowned from this family she tried to kill My mother and Me but luckily my farther walked in just in times to shot her in the shoulder and throw her out.” Xander said with Venom towards his older sister. “Yeah, Well I’ll do the f*****g pleasure of killing her for you.” Violet said looking at Montana with a death glare. “Dammit Violet stop pulling It’s f*****g hard holding on to you.” Asher said. “Then let me go and I’ll just shot this bitch.” Violet said pulling harder and once Asher let go to regrip Violet ran towards Montana only to be pulled of by Matthew and Greyson. “Luckily we got here on time or your daughter would be laying on the floor dead.” Greyson said. “I wouldn’t mind if Violet killed her she deserves it.” Xander said. “THAT’S ENOUGH ALL OF YOU!” Aiden yelled. “Montana you f*****g know that if you come into our territory we will kill you.” Aiden said through gritted teeth. “You wouldn’t do that to me daddy after all you and mother dearest helped create me.” Montana said with a smirk. “That’s it Montana your farther and I might not kill you, but Violet over here might and same with Xander.” I said glaring at her. “Mother I thought you loved me you did give birth to me.” Montana said again. “She gave birth to a disgrace to human kind your lucky the assholes over here are holding me our you blood would be everywhere you slut.” Violet yelled. “Violet that’s enough calm down and go to my office now!” Aiden said sternly. “Well take her boss.” Matthew said. “Why are you here Montana?” I asked. “Well I’m here to say I would watch those kids because I’d be happy to pull the trigger specially on that hoe.” Montana spat. Riley walked up to her and punched her in the jaw. “Call Violet a hoe one more time I dare you.” Riley said while walking off towards my office as well.
