Arth woke up in a jolt.
Her vision blurry for a second then focused on the ceiling above her. In her peripheral vision, she saw Minari on the other side of the bed and was still sleeping. Making an effort not to wake her friend up, she slowly fidgeted herself out of the bed. She made her way to the bathroom, and washed her face immediately to wipe the remaining sleep on her face. The second she was done, she looked at her reflection in the mirror.
The circle under her eyes was slowly becoming evident as more days passed by. Since it was difficult to differentiate time here in Vladyn Kingdom, there are days where Arth does end up sleeping way past midnight, ruining the sleep pattern she use
