It was now or never. Before I could lose my courage, I spun back around and walked up to Dominic.
“What I’m saying is I, Maggie Malone of the Shadow Moon Pack, accept you, Alpha Dominic Owens, as my mate.” I stared at him as I slowly backed away. Echo was dancing with joy but I was fearful of him still rejecting me.
Dominic’s eyes flashed black and a low growl came from him his throat. He walked towards me quickly until he was standing in front of me, so closely I could feel his breath and the warmth coming from him.
