Chapter Twenty-Three Diego Harley tossed her cards on the table and let out something between a sigh and a growl. Glancing sideways, I asked, “What are you cranky about?” “I never win,” she huffed. “You won last night,” Grant interjected, apparently unaware of how much my sister did not appreciate being corrected. Case in point: Harley’s eyes shifted to him. “Thank you for clarifying that I won a single game.
