The Mouse Chase

Chapter 1

AURORA

As the car came up to a brief stop , a old wooden mansion appeared over the horizon . Aurora grabbed her things and stepped out of the car as cold air hit the back of her neck , she looked at the scary mansion and made her way to the front door

Aurora knocked on the door twice but no answer . The door was a deep oak wood with a door knocker custom made with a wolf on it. The door creaked open and aurora went inside , she saw very tall walls around 9-12 feet high . The carpet was a light purple mixed with black , leading up to the carpet there was a few decorations scattered on the floor like someone had broke in .

Suddenly a light shined from what seemed to be the kitchen , she looked up from the decorations to the kitchen that had beautiful light blue doors . Aurora gulped as she set her bags down and slowly pushed the door open to see black marble top counters and a sink filled with dirty dishes.

"Who are you.." a deep dark voice coming from right in front of her . Aurora slowly began to look up at the 8ft monster staring down at her , she screamed loudly like she had seen a ghost . The monster had rough skin and looked to be sharp claws on its fingers . "I..I.." Aurora tried to say something but she was stunned , she had believed there were no such real thing of a werewolf

" I'm going to ask again who are you and why are you here!" . Aurora heard a bit of anger in his voice since she had not answered him . " M-my brother said this place was abandoned.. I came here for a photoshoot but y-you live here I should be going now" Aurora said trembling with fear as she grabbed her bag and walked to the front door

BANG

Right in front of her was the 8ft monster looking down at her , " why don't you stay for awhile , you did come into my house " the monster said angrily

The monster locked the door and walked to the kitchen to make some tea , once the tea had been finished he handed her the cup and drank from his . Instantly Aurora felt dizzy and light headed , before it was too late she realized that he had drugged her . A thud could be heard throughout the house as aurora passed out

Aurora woke up with an awful headache, she looked around to what seemed to be a jail cell , the walls were covered in moss from water the dripped through the floor . The cell had a cold floor and a bucket in the corner she could use to go to the bathroom .

"PLEASE.. SOMEONE HELP ME!" a scream had escaped her lips and echoed in the cell like structure . Then she heard a door slam open and heavy foot steps coming from the door . Auroras eyes began to grow puffy as tears began to roll from her eyes . The monster like wolf was not staring right at her " no one can hear you , you did this to yourself " he said but this time he wasn't angry..
