"Miss. Brown, I invited you to lunch to talk about some important thing with you," Roy said. He expected Judy to tell something. But she was standing silently but very confused. So he continued, " I know it's awkward to discuss it. But I can talk with you only. It's about John and you."

Judy became nervous when she heard John's name. They kiss, they shared yesterday came in front of her once again. But she tried to cover it and said with a confused face, "Sir, I don't understand. I think you have misunderstood what happened last time."

"Before I speak more about John with you, I want to tell you something. When I met you first time on the road, you looked very familiar to me. I don't know why I felt that way. Another day, I and John were in a hotel for our lunch. I saw you saved an editor from being fired by his manager" Roy said.

But Judy was confused that what he was talking about.

Roy realized her confusion and told her the whole incident.

Judy realized that Roy is the one who selected her as the head of the marketing department.

"Sir, I didn't know that both of you were there. Thank you so much," Judy said.

"John didn’t know that you were there. Only I could see you. You don't have to thank me. You deserve this job. Why I am telling you this is that I want to convey to you how I feel about you," he turned towards her and continued, "I could never see you as a company employee, I have a sister feeling when you are around with me. I feel so comfortable,” he smiled at her with eyes full of affection and happiness.

Judy was silently listening to him. She knew that he is talking about all this from bottom of his heart.

Her silence made him feel guilty.

"Miss. Brown, I am sorry if I made you uncomfortable, Roy said and was about to leave the place.

" wait sir," Judy stopped him and said, "it's true that I feel uncomfortable but only when you call me, Miss. Brown only."

Roy felt guilty when she started to tell but was very happy when he understood what she was telling.

" Sorry my dear sister, I will call you Judy from now on. Are you happy?" Roy asked with a broad smile.

Judy nodded her head happily and said, "sir, I will cook for you daily if you want. But give me my lunch box, because it won't be edible when you reach home."

“Since you have accepted me as your brother, I want to tell you a truth. I was about to give the food to John,” he grinned widely.

Judy felt very embarrassed when he mentioned his name again.

“Judy, I want to be frank with you. I think that both of you should try to understand your feelings more,” Roy tried to convey his thoughts.

“Okay sir, I will think about it carefully,” Judy assured him.

"Come on, how can you call your brother like this? Call by name, otherwise, I am not going to talk with you" Roy said with fake anger.

"Ok, Roy shall we continue our work?" Judy said smiling.

"one more thing, please don't think bad of John. He usually hates girls. But I couldn't understand him as a friend when it comes to you. I think he has some feelings for you. But he doesn't understand that. He is very confused", Roy said with hesitation.

Judy understood his mind and said to Roy, “let's discuss it another time. Now there are a lot of pending works".

Roy nodded his head and both of them continued their work.

That day went like that.

That week was very hectic for all staff. Roy and Judy had been preparing together for an important meeting. Both of them had to handle everything related to the company in the absence of John. Judy brought an extra lunch for Roy daily and they enjoyed their lunch together.

In the cooking class

Judy was very tense as the final round is tomorrow but she didn't get satisfied with her new recipe. She was phasing here and there.

Jack looked at her and smiled with unbelievable emotion.

"Come on Judy, your new dish is more than best already. What do you expect more?" he asked her.

"I don't know, Jack. But I strongly feel like something is missing. I don't know what?" She started to walk again.

"You will be tired of walking. Then you can't perform your nest. Please sit down in a place for his sake," he caught her and made her sit on a chair.

"Why are you laughing? Am I look like a funny girl to you?" She asked angrily.

"Of course, you look funny," Mark entered the scene.

"Hey Jack," he greeted the chef.

Jack just nodded his head and smiled.

" you too Brutus?" Judy wiped her fake tears and turned her head away.

"Judy, relax. Just imagine like you are going to cook it for your most beloved person," Jack said casually.

Judy listened to him carefully and her face brightened instantly.

"You are my savior, Jack. Thank you so much," she quickly hugged him.

Jack was startled by the unexpected hug for a few seconds. His mind was happy but the reality slapped him that she was his friend only. He released her from his embrace and said, Now it's time to bed. Go and take some rest. I trust your talent and hard work more than yourself," he said proudly and caressed her hair.

Judy nodded her head and left the place with Mark.

"He has changed a lot, right?" Mark asked her in the car.

"You mean Jack? Yeah, he is my neat friend," Judy said happily.

"You too have changed a lot princess," Mark said with his eyes full of concern.

"Am I? How?" Judy asked questioningly.

"I mean in a good way. You smile more nowadays. You have a lot of dreams and smile even in your dreams. I'm happy for you," Mark uttered and smiled at her.

"What do you think, Mark? What should I do?" Judy asked him?

"Princess, it's your life. You should live it according to your wish. Don't forget that I will always be with you in your best and worst times. I trust you can make the best decisions. But remember one thing, always follow your heart," Mark said.

"Thank you, Mark. You are the best brother in this world," her voice broke because of overjoying.

"I'm also the luckiest man to have you," Mark said.

"Who is that luckiest girl who is going to arrest your heart? I hope you can give me some good news soon. Don't make me wait for a long time," Judy said in a teasing tone.

"Who? I don't have anyone. I don't know who you are speaking about?" Mark focused on the road and said.

"Okay, that means you don't mind if I find a girl for you. You are not interested in her," Judy looked at him.

"I don't have feelings for Maddy. What are you talking about, man?" He said casually.

"I never said Maddy's name. I just mentioned 'her' only. What's happening, brother?" Judy was still in the mood to pull his leg and forgot about her competition.

"Okay okay, I agree that I have some?" Mark was shy to continue his words.

"Oh look at this old man. He is embarrassed to talk about a girl for the first time in his life. It's a miracle," she was teasing him nonstop.

"But I don't know about her feelings. I don't know how I fell for her but I don't like her attitude," Mark narrated the photo incident.

"I think there is a misunderstanding between both of you. When you see her next time, sit and talk with her properly. You should tell her that I'm your cousin," Judy rinded him.

"Don't worry, I will handle my love life. You must concentrate on your life now," he said.

Soon, they reached home.

Judy couldn't sleep and tried to cook something.

In the competition

Roy was also supposed to come to watch the competition live and support Judy. But he couldn't make it possible as he had some important work due to the absence of John in their company.

All we were waiting for was the result and the host was about to announce the winner's name.

The count down started from 3... 2... 1...

Judy was listening to his words carefully as she was too tense.

"And the winner is none other than Miss. Judy Brown," all clapped loudly.

Judy looked at Jack unbelievably and went to the stage to get the trophy.

The cost gave the mike to her and she started to give the victory speech.

"Thank you so much for everyone who supported me. I have no words to express my joy. The most important person I should thank is my teacher, chef Jack. He is like a family to me. 'Thank you is not enough for him. I will win more trophies and make him proud," she lifted her trophy.

"Congratulations once again for your achievement. How did you get the inspiration to prepare this new dish? You call your dish a hearty kiss. May we know about the story behind it? I hope everybody is eager like me" The host asked.

"Well, yesterday I was really tense and confused as I tried many new dishes but I felt something missing. I couldn't find the missing part even though I tried hard. Our chef had told me to imagine like I would be cooking for my beloved person, not for the competition. I just followed his advice," she said with a cute blush.

Mark and Neha looked at Jack, but he was clapping with a smile even though he felt hurt.

"Oh my God, our beautiful chef has someone already in her heart. I don't know how many hearts broke just now?" The host said.

"Thank you," Judy went to Mark Jack, and Neha.

"I'm so happy, baby. You are the best," Neha hugged her tightly as usual.

"Okay, let me give my sister a hug," Mark said and looked at Judy.

"I'm so proud of you, princess," Mark said and kissed her head.

Judy went to Jack.

"You have made me proud of yourself, my princess," he said and got emotional.

Judy got goosebumps when she heard the word princess from him.

She got emotional too and cried.

He wiped her years and asked, "I love you so much. That doesn't mean I should be your life partner. I just love you and want you to be happy in your life. That's all.do you accept me as your brother?"

Judy nodded her head yes fast and hugged him.

"I'm telling the truth, princess. I'm happy for you. You have found your love. There will be only happiness in your life after this," he said.

"Jack, how do you know?" Judy asked confusingly.

"I know you less than a year, but I can understand you. And I'm damn sure he also loves you," Jack said.

"I too think so. But I'm a little bit nervous to confess to him. I'm just waiting for him to confess first," She said.

"Do you remember that day I dropped you at home?" He asked her.

"Yeah, you told me to keep a distance if I don't love him. I tried my best to be away from him, but I couldn't be like you said. I always thought about being with him more," Judy blushed cutely.

"That night, I met him after I dropped you in your home,"

"What?" Judy was shocked.
