She ran towards him and smiled, " how do you know that I'm here? Are you here for me?" She asked peculiarly.

He looked around and said, "do you want to speak here? Shall we go to some private place? I think that's better," he said and looked at her furiously.

"Yeah, sure," Maddy said excitedly but she was a little confused when he saw his angry face.

"I don't know why he looks so furious but he looks very cute. My angry bird is so cute," she thought and blushed at her silly thought.

She told her friends and went with him.

There was a park near that Mall.

After they went to a bench, he turned to her and asked, "what do you want?"

"What? What do I want? I don't get you?" She said with a confused face.

"Don't act smart. Why did you do this? Why did you send that photo to me?" Did he ask her?

"Which photo? Mark, I don't get your point," she said.

"Maddy, please. There is a limit to my patience. I must warn you that you are trying to cross it. Don't make me angrier," he said.

"Why don't you trust me, Mark? I don't understand any of your words. What did I do? Tell me directly" she almost pleaded with him.

"Did I misunderstand her? s**t, Mark what have you done?" He blamed his stupidity in his mind.

He took his phone and showed me a photo.

"Did you send me these photos?" He asked.

"These photos? How did... Leave it? It doesn't matter. I just wanted to show you these photos and warn you about your girlfriend," Maddy said without breathing.

"What? Did you take these photos? How cheap you are Miss. Maddy Brand. I didn't expect this from you. Who permitted you to take someone's photo without their permission?" He roared in anger and stepped forward.

"You know what I was feeling guilty for slapping a girl, but not anymore" he continued.

"I just wanted to warn you. I don't like that you got cheated on by your girlfriend. She doesn't deserve your love," she said almost pleading, and stepped backward almost colliding with the wall.

Mark got angrier and lifted his hand to punch her.

She was staring at him without any movement. She neither reacted nor got afraid. It made both of them for a split of seconds.

His fist landed on the wall near her face.

"What happened to your hand? Why is it like this?" She noticed his hand and asked with concern?

She forgot to notice his body condition as her eyes were focused on his fire look eyes. That fire made her heart warm at first. But now it seemed like burning her heart.

He pushed her hand away and asked, "Maddy I am begging you. Please delete those photos. Do you have any idea what will happen if the photos were out? Put yourself in her place and think," he fell on his knees and said.

She too went to his level and said, " what are you telling? I just wanted to show those photos to you. That's how you will know her true face. She is flirting with many men including my brother behind your back. I care for you, Mark as I care for my brother" she couldn't continue her words and broke into tears.

For a few seconds, he didn't know how to react to that. For some reason, he couldn't see her cry. His expression became soft and his facial muscles relaxed a little bit.

"Then why did you say that you will release those photos on the internet if I was not in the location that you shared," he asked her calmly.

"What? I didn't send you any message," she took her phone and showed it to Mark. There was not a chat history of Mark.

"Then how did I get those photos? This is your mobile number, right?" He showed her that.

"Yeah, this is my phone number, but I didn't send you any photos. I still have those photos," she showed them to him.

He snatched the phone from her and deleted those photos in both galleries and recycle bin.

" don't you trust me?" She asked him.

"Trust? Do you accept that I will trust a girl like you?" His harsh words pierced her heart and made it bleed.

"I warn you for the first and last time. Stay away from her. If you have any problem, just deal with me. Don't try to hurt my family. I'm talking with you patiently this time. Next time, I don't know what I will do. If you want to mess with my life, be ready to meet death," he roared and left the place.

"Your hand is bleeding," she whispered and wiped her tear drops from her face.

She fell to the ground as she couldn't bear the weight of her heart anymore.

She didn't know how long she stayed like that.

Mark went to the hospital and get dressed for his injuries. He couldn't concentrate on his work anymore, but he can't go like this also as Judy will get worried about him.

He texted Judy that he won't be able to pick up her from work and drop her off at her cooking class and that he had a night shift too.

He got relieved when he got a reply from her.

In front of the R.K group of companies,

Judy was trying to stop a taxi, but no one stopped. She was frustrated as she was starving to the death. There was no stamina in her mind. She felt very tired mentally and physically after dealing with a big problem.

A Lamborghini approached her and the driver opened the window.

"Mr. President," she said politely.

"Why are you still here? Didn't your brother pick up you?" He asked.

"Brother? Does he know Mark?" She thought.

"No sir, he still has some work in his office," she said.

"Then, how are you going home?" He asked her.

"Taxi, I guess" she replied.

"You won't get a taxi at this hour. It's already late. Get into the car," he said calmly.

She looked at the watch and wondered, "is 8 p.m that much lately?" She was standing silently as she didn't know how to reject his lift.

"Come inside, it's already cold. Don't freeze to the death," he said.

"But I'm not going home. I have to go to the supermarket and somewhere else," she said.

"I will take you there, don't worry," he said.

"Ahhh" Judy was surprised by his attitude. He was becoming very softer towards Judy day by day. She didn't understand the reason.

", it's an order. Now get in," he said and opened the passenger seat door for her.

She realized that it was waste of time to argue with him and got inside.

"Thank you," she said in a low voice.

"Where do you want to go first?" He asked her.

"I want to go to the supermarket first," she said.

She tried to fasten her seatbelt but she couldn't.

He slowly approached her and helped her to do it.

His fingers touched hers slightly and made her freeze to death. Suddenly her heart began to pound fastest as he was very near to her face.

He fastened the seat belt for her and looked at her. In a split second, he caught her staring at him affectionately.

Her eyes caught him and pulled towards them automatically as he couldn't move anymore. The minute gap between them was slowly gone and both of them closed their eyes to kiss each other, but their moment was disturbed by a horn sound.

"Who is that i***t?" John cursed that person in his mind and returned to his seat.

Judy showed him the route and he followed her instructions. It was the usual place Judy visited.

Both of them went inside and Judy picked a basket.

She was carefully choosing the ingredients to cook and John was just following her.

"Sir, you must have stayed in the car. You won't get bored like this," Judy felt guilty for that.

"It's okay. I want to learn how to do purchases, so I can be helpful to my future wife," he said and flashed a quick smile.

"Why does he behave weirdly. He isn't like this normally. What's going on?" Did she think?

"He is too clingy," she thought.

"Hey, Judy. It's been a long time," the shop owner came near to them.

"Hello Mr. Bazil, it's been just two weeks only. Do you miss me already?" Judy asked him.

"Of course, I miss you and your food. Whenever you visit my store you bring me some food and spend some time with me. As an elder person, I have less company nowadays. So, I always miss you, my dear," he said.

Judy just smiled and said, "sorry Mr. Bazil, I didn't bring any food this time. I have some important work today and I have my final round competition next week. I have to prepare for it. Next time, I will surely bring something".

" Mark said that you have got into the final round. Congratulations my dear. Purchase anything you want. You have a 100% discount today. Ha ha ha," he said and looked at John.

"Who is this gentleman? Your boyfriend? It's good to help your girlfriend to purchase in stores. All the best to both of you," he said happily.

"It's not like," he was called for some business by another customer before she finished her words.

She looked at John and said," I'm sorry, Mr. President. I will tell him later," she said.

"Why are you so hurry to clarify things? Don't you like a boyfriend like me? Am I not your idol type? He asked her.

Her face become red as he was courageously flirting with her more and more and never missed a chance.

She felt really weird but very comfortable at the same time. She never had an idea of having a boyfriend after David's death. Even though she wanted to have one, how can she imagine John as her boyfriend?" She thought.

"Why are you silent? Do you feel uncomfortable with my presence?" He asked with concern.

"It's not like I don't want to have a boyfriend, I already have someone I love," she said and continued her work.

He was taken aback for a moment.

"David? Jack? Who is that?" Did he think?

He didn't speak after that.

The rest of the travel was complete silence.

John stopped his car in front of the cooking class and Jack was already waiting for her.

He came and opened the door for her.

She was about to miss the balance, but jack caught her hand and prevented her from a bad fall.

"Careful Judy" Jack said.

"Thank you, Jack," she said and looked at John who was just pretending not to care.

"Thank you sir for your lift. You can leave now," she said.

"When will your work finish?" He asked her.

"I don't know exactly but it might be later than ten," she said.

"How will you get a taxi?" He asked.

"Don't worry, sir. I will drop her" Jack said before Judy opened her mouth.

John didn't like this idea but he didn't want to make Judy more uncomfortable.

He didn't say anything and just left the place.

Jack and Judy went inside and started their work. When the food was getting ready, Jack began to talk.

"Judy I wanted to talk with you for a long time, but I didn't know how to start?" Jack said.

"I'm sorry," both of them said at a time.

"No no, it's not your mistake. It's my mistake," Jack said.

"I'm sorry sir, but I might have given you any wrong idea without my knowledge. That's my mistake," she said.

"It's my fault actually, I misunderstood your feelings towards me. But I must admit, Judy. I had fallen in love with you at the first side," he said.

Judy didn't know how to reply to that and was standing silently.

"Judy, I have a request. If I can't be the love of your life, can I be your friend who you can trust wholeheartedly? I some want to lose a good friend," he said.

Judy looked at him and she knew he was telling those words genuinely from his heart.

"Sure, we are always good friends. Now let's taste my recipe," she said with an acute smile.

"Thank you so much. I felt like I have removed a mountain from my chest," Jack said.

After their work finished, Jack dropped her at home, but they didn't notice that John was waiting for them and followed her home.

Jack stopped his car in front of her home and said, "take good rest, Judy. If there is any doubt, call me anytime. You need rest too," he said and accidentally looked at the mirror. He saw a familiar car a little bit far away from them.

"Judy, what's the matter with your boss? Why is he following you?" Did Jack ask her?

"Who? Mr. John? I don't know?" She said and looked at her back.

"Later, he behaved like a jealous boyfriend. Who knows? He might be interested in you," Jack said.

"I felt that he behaved weirdly, especially today," she said.

"Judy, you must find a life partner. How long are you going to be single? If you are settled only, Mark will think about his future. Won't you be guilty if he stayed like this because of you?" He asked.

"It's true but how can I find a partner for me? I couldn't be in a relationship after David's death. I was never able to forget him," she said.

"I understand, but you should think carefully if you aren't into him, draw a line with him," he said looking at the mirror.

"I got it and thank you," she said and went inside.

Jack reversed his car and stopped beside John's car.
