“Hello Jack, I have reached your restaurant, but the problem is that the security guard doesn’t allow me inside as I don’t have any staff identity card. I haven’t booked any tables also,” she said.

“I’m sorry Judy. I will be there in a moment,” he said and quickly cut the call.

“Let's see how long she is going to act like this,” Maddy said to her friends.

Within one minute

“Madam, why are you doing this? Please leave our restaurant. You are making trouble for our business,” the security said.

Judy said nothing and waited for Jack.

Within a minute

The security saw Jack who was coming fast towards them.

“Madam, our owner is coming now. If he knows that you are making trouble, he might handover you to the police,” he said.

“wow, then let’s wait more and enjoy it. It will be more fun,” one of Maddy's friends said.

All of them giggled and looked at Maddy.

“Look how powerful our family is. The boss is coming to welcome us personally,” she said proudly when she saw Jack.

Judy looked at her and thought, “ of course, she is a typical born with silver spoon girl.”

Maddy and others except Judy expected that Jack will welcome them inside and call the police. But for their disappointment, he went to Judy.

“I’m sorry, Judy. I have caused you more trouble.,” he said while breathing heavily.

“Relax Jack. There is no trouble. I have caused you trouble,” she said and gave an apology look.

“Oh my God, she is something beyond our expectation,” one of Maddy's friends said loudly. It was obvious that they were jealous of Judy.

Jack turned to them and looked at them angrily.

“Exactly, she can flirt with a boy and go out with another boy at the same time, but we can’t do it. So, she is not an ordinary girl,” Another friend said.

Their words and attitude made Jack angrier, but Judy was silent all the time.

“Let’s go inside, Jack. We have a lot of work,” Judy said and turned to go inside.

“Throw them away. I don’t want any customers like them,” he said calmly but his words showed how much angry he was at those girls. He didn’t even care about their background.

All of them were shocked to hear his words.

“How dare you? Do you know who am I? You dare to chase away a family member of the brand family?” she said angrily.

“Madam, I don’t know who you are? I don’t care also. Please leave the place before I call the police,” he said.

Judy came to Jack and whispered slowly “Jack, please don’t make trouble for yourself. She is getting out her anger on me. She is just targeting me only. You are not her target. But if you do upset her, she will cause you more trouble in the future.”

“I don’t care about her family. But I can’t stand her bullying you,” he said and looked at her with full of affections.

He took Judy's hand softly and took her inside. Maddy was standing there fuming in anger and looking in the direction both Judy and Jack went even they disappeared from her sight.

“Maddy, let's go, please. We can go to another restaurant. We will handle this later,” one of her friends said.

Her friends tracked her away.

Maddy and her friends decided to go to another restaurant.

Inside the kitchen

Jack took Judy to a large kitchen. She was memorized by the legacy of it. It was perfectly designed and very spacious. Of course, it was one of the best restaurants in the country.

“Judy, this is my kitchen. You can use it today,” Jack said.

“Really?” she asked in amusement.

“I will send some people to help you to prepare ingredients if you want,” he said.

“No problem, Jack. I can handle myself,” she said.

He scanned the area and tried to find utensils and ingredients.

“wait,” Jack said and came near her.

“You forgot something,” he said.

Judy gave a confused look.

He moved closer and put an apron on her.

Judy realized her mistake and gave an apology look.

“It’s okay. I can understand your excitement to cook in this kitchen. If you are unemployed in the future, you can come to my restaurant to work,” he turned her and tired the apron for her.

Judy didn’t move even a little bit though she felt a little uncomfortable.

Jack left the place.

Judy started to prepare the dishes.

After one hour, all dishes were ready. She finished the toppings and arranged them in the cart beautifully.

“Excuse me, madam,” he heard a voice.

“Hoe can I help you?” she turned towards the voice and said politely.

“Chef asked to take those dishes prepared by you to our guest,” he said.

“Please carry on,” she said.

She felt bored and decided to take a look around the restaurant. She went to the terrace and was enjoying the sight of a swimming fool. She took her earphone and put the music on. She occupied one of the seats and had a nap listening to the song.

In kitchen

She was thinking deeply about something.

“What is my sweet daughter thinking?” an elder woman came inside.

“Mom, why are you here? You should take a rest,” she said.

“Come on, baby. I’m here to help you. Have you decided what to cook for my son?” she asked.

She gave a disappointed look.

“Oh come on baby girl. You should cook something special for him. Haven’t you heard that food is the way to a boy's heart?” she said and winked at her daughter-in-law.

“Mom, what if your son forgets you one day after tasting my foods?” she asked playfully.

“I will be proud of my daughter-in-law,” she said and planted a kiss on her forehead.

She left the kitchen giving some space to her daughter-in-law.

She began to think and finally decided to cook something new.

She quickly started to prepare all the dishes. Within two hours, she could finish all the work.

She asked the servants to take them to the dining table.

She was waiting for her husband and parents-in-law.

Soon, all arrived one by one.

“wow, the smell is really good. It has induced my appetite,” said the father-in-law.

“Thanks, dad. Let me help you,” she said.

“What a smell? I could sense it from upstairs,” the eldest of the house came with her granddaughter.

“Good morning granny, let me help you all guys,” she said and was about to serve everyone, but her mother-in-law stopped her.

“No way, I won’t let you do work anymore. You have to sit and enjoy the meal,” mother-in-law said and signaled to the servant to serve them.

She obediently took the seat beside her mother-in-law and sat quietly.

She looked at her husband secretively.

He was super handsome even while eating his dishes. He slowly took a spoonful of the dish and began to eat. He didn’t make even a tiny noise. The way food moved through his throat made him sexier. She took her eyes away as she felt awkward. But she wanted to look at his face again.

She turned her eyes towards him creatively.

But she heard someone call her.

“Judy,” she opened her eyes when she heard someone calling her again.

Jack was standing in front of her.

She felt that she had been asleep for quite a long time.

“Are you tired? You can take a rest in the guest room,” he said with concern.

“No, I was just listening to the music and I didn’t know how I fell asleep,” she said and yawned once. Jack looked at her and thought, “how cute doll?”

When Judy saw Jack smiling at her, she felt embarrassed and said, “sorry”.

“It's okay. Why I came to you is that our guest wants to meet the cook personally. So, shall we go?” he asked.

“Me? Why do they want to meet me? Is my new dish failed?” she looked at him with confusion.

“Come on, don’t think negatively. I too don’t know the reason. Let’s go,” he said.

“Give me five minutes, I will just wash my face and come,” she said and rushed to the washroom.

After she came outside, she asked him, “do I look fine?”

“not bad,” he said and laughed.

“I’m just kidding. You are so pretty as usual,” he came closer to her and whispered in her ears, and began to walk. Judy was startled for a moment, but she followed him silently.

They went to the VIP table and Judy said, “I’m very sorry for keeping you waiting for me. May I know how can I help you?”

She asked elder women politely who seemed to be in her seventies.

She looked at Judy carefully. She was staring at her for a few minutes.

Judy felt quite embarrassed and looked at Jack.

Jack also had no idea about it.

“Madam, how can I help you?” Judy asked again.

“I’m sorry, but you seem very familiar to me. Have we ever met before? She asked.

“Sorry madam, but I don’t think so,” she said politely.

“Did you cook this dish? It was the best that I ever had,” she said and smiled.

“Thank you, madam, yes I prepared the dish,” Judy replied.

“Why does she look very familiar to me? I could sense a strong connection between us? What’s that pulled me towards her?” she thought in her mind.

“You are a very talented cook. I wish to meet you again in the future. If you don’t mind, can I have your contact details?” that old woman asked her.

Judy was surprised by her words.

“Thank you for your compliment madam, but I’m not a talented chef like Mr. Jack. I’m worried that I might disappoint you,” she said politely.

Granny smiled and looked at Jack. Jack who was listening to their conversation said, “You shouldn’t underestimate yourself. You might be my student, but you have more potential than me,” he said and turned to that old woman.

“you know madam, she has participated in a cooking competition and has been selected for the final round,” he said proudly.

“All the best my dear,” she was impressed by Judy's talent.

“thank you, madam,” Judy replied.

When that old woman was about to reply, she got a call.

“Excuse me, my dear children. I have some errand to go,” she said and left the place.

But she turned towards Judy and gave the warmest smile to her before she left the place.

After she went, Jack asked her, “do you know that old lady?”

No, I don’t know. But I have a feeling that we knew each other for a long time,” she said and gave a confused look.

Jack just nodded his head and said, “let's have our lunch together. Today is my treat and thank you so much for helping me again.

Judy had no choice other than to accept his invite.

She looked at the table and realized that the old woman hadn’t had enough food as she had to leave for some urgent work.

Maddy and her friends

While they were in the car

One of her friends named Alisa said, “come on Maddy. Don’t get upset. I already told you that we should try some other more luxurious restaurant. You didn’t listen to me.”

Judy wasn’t in a mood to listen to her words. She was still upset about what happened in the restaurant.

“Don’t make her angrier. Let’s go somewhere else,” another friend said.

“Let’s go to the bar,” Maddy said.

“Okay, relax let's go to XYZ bar,” one of her friends said.

“Let's go to Galaxy bar,” Maddy said.

All of her friends looked at her suspiciously.

Maddy was silent and a mischievous smile appeared on her lips.
