I came home and go to sleep.

I woke up at 7 with a headache and see the watch say what the hell I am going to late  got up fresh and run towards the office because I gona be late

I enter in conference room at 8.15 and check all are come and start presentation

"I say we have two choices firstly, that we make the our and Johnson's stock 100 + 100 = 200 % or we make all our stocks 50% less and divide the stock and make tow CEOs how do you think”

Some one say But" Johnson's donot are thinking about merger or not accept the demands than what "

My father look at me and suddenly  and say that "we will marry her in Johnson's "

I was shocked by my dad say

"what are you thinking dad "

"Nothing we have to do this to secure the future projects and you are next week going to position to CEO and after merger we are going to announce that after that we can see what can we do about the marriage don’t argue with that"

He finalized the statement hole room goes silent to hear my reply and say in soft voice

" dad as your wish "

After that they discus about stock distribution of booth company

In smith company

Mr smith has 30% share Ana has 20 % share then her sister has 5% and other 3 partner has 15 % share each .

After that announcement

Mr smith say

"when I resignation  as CEO his share goes to Ana and Mia by distribution of 22% and 3% Ana after his death 5%stock transfer equally in both of them."

"I objected that Mia have low shares but her dad say he talked to Mia she say she no interst in buissness so I decided to give only 3% "

then I agreed that after that hole company vote for merger and new CEO appointed all the directors choose the Ana as ceo and aggried to merger.

Then  pa called to inform that mr JOHNSON  wanted to talked about merger and set the meeting  at 10 am morning at 3 day after and taking about merger and future projects
