Anthony’s pov
I huffed in annoyance, “why were we sent out for a stupid recon? Alpha blood runs through our veins!” I growled to myself as I slowly crept through the forest not far from the packs border. I knew if I were caught I would be taken prisoner and probably killed.
My wolf agreed, “maybe we can do more than just some recon.” He suggested.
I looked around the forest, I could smell her, but her scent was different somehow. I walked around the forest and neared the part where the rogue had seen her. I followed her scent until it stopped just outside of what looked like an old farmhouse.
I could feel the power coming from the house, there were protective barriers around it. “Clever girl, she befriended a witch.”
