Margaret flies to Moscow with Rebecca Grimes of the International Rescue Committee. They’ve taken an overnight flight on the President’s Boeing 747. Margaret and Rebecca sit in the Presidential quarters and talk through the next few days. They’ll spend a night in Moscow and then journey to Turkey’s southern border, where they’ll visit the orphanage. Several months ago, Rebecca made the journey with IRC, which qualifies her to accompany the U.S. Vice President.
