I had twelve hours to pack a bag and get some rest, then we hit the road. Marcella was beside herself, pacing up and down. Her nervousness made me nervous. "I don't see any reason why you would be needed on a rogue hunt. This is dangerous business, you know." Wilhelmina packed me my suitcase while Marcella hovered around us. If I hadn't volunteered to go on this trip, I would have allowed myself a little regret. Things could go wrong a rogue hunt but since my mouth had run away from me, I had no one but myself to blame.
