41 I SEE YOU AGAIN

"I cannot understand what you have done father, I don’t understand the reasons that led you to cause all that fuss?". Elsa told her father that he was very worried at the time and couldn’t hide it.

"I cannot give you any kind of detail or explanation, daughter, now, you wouldn’t understand me". Said Mr. Einstein to the question that his daughter had just asked him.

"Father, I don't know how to help you then, I need you to tell me what you did". Elsa insisted again.

"I ALREADY TOLD YOU NO!". Mr. Einstein shouted euphorically.

"I can't believe you don't trust the only family you have". Elsa said openly disgusted.

"Daughter, that is precisely why I cannot tell you for now what is happening to me, the last thing I want is to lose you, you who are my only family". He said, a little anguished.

“It doesn't make sense what you tell me dad, you say you don't want to lose me, but you are not capable to be honest with me; I really don't know what to think about all this".

"Don’t worry Elsa, you don’t have to think about what happens to me, I don’t care about my life, I just want you to be well". Were the words of Mr. Einstein.

“Father, don't say that your life isn’t important, for me it’s, that's why I ask you to please do not hesitate to trust me. If I'm not the one who cares about you, then who else will?”.

“Child, it's not that I don't want to trust you, right now it's dangerous for me to mention something to you. I assure you that it isn’t the only problem that I have had, trust your father, I know that I can solve this little unexpected event by myself. Do you promise me that you will be calm?”.

"I don't know, if in two days you can't solve it, will you accept my help?". Elsa said trying to negotiate with her father.

“Without a doubt daughter. You seem to be learning to negotiate quite well, and I see that you would conduct a great way in family businesses”. Said Mr. Einstein jokingly, trying to avoid Elsa continuing with the interrogation.

"I learned it from the best". Elsa said smiling.

Mr. Einstein retired to attend to some matters of his companies, despite this, Elsa was very worried since she didn’t know very well the type of danger to which her father was exposed, she wanted to talk to someone but didn’t have many friends to trust, so she thought about Lionel, at first she was very hesitant to contact him because she still had many loving feelings for him that she knew weren’t reciprocated in the same way, then she reflected that he was the only person she blindly trusted, if there was someone who could understand her it was him, so she looked up his phone number and called him.

"Who is?" Said the voice on the other end of the phone, it was Lionel who was listening quite calmly, for her part, Elsa was silent for a few minutes, taking months without knowing anything about her old man.

"Who is?" Lionel repeated. Elsa was filled with courage and decided to speak.

"It's me, Elsa, how are you?". Was Elsa's greeting.

"Elsa, how nice to talk to you, how are you?".

"Everything normal, I continue studying and learning from my father's business, but I think something happens to him".

"You have always been one of the smartest girls I’ve ever met and what happens to your father Elsa?".

"I don't know very well, that's why I called you, right now I need someone to talk to and you know that since Bennet's I haven’t been so sociable or have so many friends, at this moment you are the only person I can trust”. Said Elsa.

"I hear you Elsa, you know I’m here to listen to you".

"I don’t want us to talk on the phone, I’m somewhat paranoid with the situation. Are you in Lucien or are you somewhere else?”.

"I’m in Lucien taking care of some personal matters, if you want to see us tonight and have dinner?". Lionel suggested.

"Perfect, I'll stop by and then we decide which restaurant to go to?".

"Okay Elsa, I’ll send you my location so you can go through me".

"I really appreciate it, you really are an extraordinary man". Elsa said with a little embarrassment because she didn’t know if all her romantic feelings were hidden well.

"Don't tell me that Elsa, here the extraordinary is you". Said Lionel before saying goodbye.

After hanging up with Elsa, Lionel was a little uneasy because if she decided to call him it was something worrisome since when he rejected her love he could feel that Elsa moved away little by little and many months ago they didn’t have any kind of contact and even less by phone. In order not to miss his date appointment, Lionel tried to do all the errands he had scheduled very quickly and even called Beau to find out how things were going with the gang once he finished everything, Lionel sent his location to Elsa to go where he was.

Elsa arrived in a gray sports vehicle and approached Lionel.

"Hey, shall I take you?". She said jokingly. Lionel at first didn’t recognize her because the girl looked very different, had cut her hair a bit, had a very elegant outfit and had very sophisticated makeup.

"Is it you Elsa?".

"Were you expecting someone else?". Elsa smiled.

"Of course not, you look very elegant I can hardly recognize you". Said Lionel laughing.

"All in the name of business". Replied Elsa.

Lionel and Elsa decided to go to a restaurant on the outskirts of the city since there they could be calmer to speak without danger of someone listening to them.

"Elsa, I'm worried about the reason for your call?". Lionel stated.

"It was very difficult for me to come to you, I doubted whether or not to contact you for many months without seeing each other ... At last I chose to call you because somehow you are my only friend". Elsa said honestly.

"You can call me whenever you want Elsa, whenever I can come and see you so we can talk". Was Lionel's response.

"I really appreciate you being so unconditional with me".

"Now, tell me what's wrong".

"It’s my father".

"Does he want to force you to do something?". Lionel asked.

"I wish it was that".

"So, what happens to Mr. Einstein?". Lionel asked intrigued.

"I don’t know very well; he didn’t want to give me details but I fear the worst".

"Why do you say it Elsa?".

“Two days ago he received many calls, I hear him scream in his studio and it isn’t for business. I haven't heard him mention anything about companies. At dawn I’ve seen him hanging around the house, he doesn’t sleep almost. I've never seen him like this”. Said Elsa sadly.

"I'm so sorry Elsa, I guess you're very sad. Have you tried talking to him yet?”.

“Yes, many times and he reply that he doesn’t want to lose the only family he has, and that overwhelms me even more. I feel very frustrated”. Elsa said as tears welled up in her eyes.

"Don't be like that, I'll help you find out what's wrong with him".

"I don't want to bother you, it's just that I feel helpless".

"It isn’t annoying Elsa, I don’t want to see you like this, I understand your concern, your father is your only family, if we can prevent something bad from happening to him, we will do it".

Elsa hugged Lionel because she felt grateful for the help, she was going to give him at this difficult time. Together they devised a plan, in which Lionel would go to greet Mr. Einstein and while they were having a drink, Elsa would go to the study and put a small device on her father's computer that would allow her to view her files and the web pages where he was sailing. After that, Lionel would explain the operation of the small device to Elsa so that she could review suspicious documents and once they obtained the information they would decide what to do with it.
