THE PAST She hung herself. Of all the ways for someone so delicate, so brittle and so precious to die, I can't fathom why she would choose that. It was a ridiculous thing to focus on because regardless of how she did it, all that remains is that she's dead. Sanj was here one minute with a whole life ahead of her and now she is gone. Poof. Just like that. And yet all my mind keeps bringing up is why she would choose such a gruesome way to die. She was going to be a doctor. She had gotten into medical school before the mess that got her acceptance withdrawn. She was smart enough to find a much less painful way to go. So why would she hang herself? This means she wanted to suffer till the very end. It means she hated herself so much that she wanted to die like that, clutching for air,
