Chapter Eight
Yoongi raised his brows at his mother who looks kinda worried about what she's going to say.
They just got back home from the airport because they drove Namjoon there, he needs to leave since he still have a lot of schoolworks to finish leaving Yoongi and his mother again.
"What's up, Mom?" Yoongi asked scrunching up his nose.
Yoongi is a little bit cranky these past few days since Namjoon keeps on teasing him and actually trying to pick up a fight causing him to just locked up inside his room after school.
He regret it though. He realized that maybe Namjoon is just trying to bond with him since he will be leaving them again. He sighed thinking about it, he'll just call him everyday.
"You know that I used to work in Hawaii with your Dad, right?" His mother asked.
He lazily nods his head at his mother who's sitting across of him.
"I got a job there again, Yoongs. Now that your are kinda responsible and matured, I am thinking to go back there and work." His mother explained.
He stared at his mother for a minute trying to analyze what she just said. Is she joking? Of course, the thought of being alone in this house scares him a lot. He cant even cook a decent food for himself!
"I'll be fine, Mom." He said.
He knows how his father missed them a lot. It actually breaks his heart whenever they are videocalling his father and seeing them almost in tears saying how much he missed being at home.
He wont be that lonely if his mother is also there with him. They are also doing this for them so he couldnt really say anything about it. He will just go with what his parents want.
"Can you live alone here, Yoongs?" His mother worriedly asked, "Do you want me to ask your brother if he can just come-"
"No, Mom!" Yoongi cuts off his mother, "Dont do that. That would be terrible!" He said.
He knows how much effort Namjoon is putting into all of his works. He did everything and worked really hard to get that scholarship there and asking for him to come back home just because he's not responsible enough is not acceptable!
"Are you sure?"
Yoongi rolls his eyes because of his mother.
"It's not like you're going to leave tomorrow, Mom." He said shaking his head a little.
The mother took in a deep breathe standing up as she put both of her hands in her waist looking at her sixteen year old son.
She doesnt want to leave Yoongi alone. He's still so young. He's the baby of the family and just thinking about leaving him behind makes her heart hurt a little.
"Im going to leave next week, Yoongi." She said in a stern voice.
Yoongi's mouth went agaped as he stared at his mother for a long time. He chuckled shaking his head a little not wanting to believe what she's saying.
How come she's already leaving next week?
Yoongi looks down taking in a deep breathe trying so hard not look bothered by everything even though he's really nervous. He's not that confident to leave alone. What if he sets the house on fire while trying to cook? Damn.
"Okay, then. I'll be fine." He said letting out a thight-lipped smile.
They actually talked for awhile with his mom continuously telling him what to do and what not to do when he's finally left alone.
She just keeps on repeating what she's saying to the point that he almost memorized all of it. He eventually got tired of his mother's rambling and decided to excused himself telling her that he needs to buy something.
That's true though. He's planning to buy himself some good coloring materials and an adult coloring book with the money his brother gave to him.
He's browsing through the internet last night looking so stressed as ever and he came across some blog saying how much those coloring books became his stress reliever.
Days became so hard for Yoongi. Is it because of Jungkook? He cant really point it out.
The mixed emotion is actually driving him crazy. He's exhausted, literally. He doesnt even know what to do. He wants to stop thinking as to why he's devastated, frustrate and mad the next second. He just wants to stop and undo everything- from talking to Jungkook and their numerous hook-ups.
He smiled as he opened the door of the bookstore. He walked passed by the books and went straight to the aisle where all the coloring books are placed.
He tapped the covers and looking at everything. In the end, he settled with the coloring book that has flowers with intricate details as a cover. He also picked up a coloring pencil that he saw on the internet that got so many good reviews.
"Yoongi? Oh! It's really you."
Yoongi gripped the coloring books tighter as he saw Seokjin standing infront of him with a beautiful smile graching his lips.
He eyed Seokjin from head to toe biting his lower lips. How can someone look this beautiful with just a pants and plain white shirt? God really took time making this human.
"Hi, Seo.. Seokjin hyung." He slightly bowed at the older.
It's awkward. It really is so damn awkward to have the boyfriend of someone you had s*x with for more than just a couple of times standing infront of you being so friendly and all.
"Are you with someone?" Seokjin asked looking around.
Yoongi shook his head with a thight-lipped smile. How can he possibly go in this place with someone when he doesnt have any friends?
"Im with my friend Taehyung. You know him, right?" Seokjin said giggling a little, "We'll eat after this. We're just waiting for Kookie. You should come with us!" The older excitedly said.
Yoongi immediately shook his head even waving his hands no. That would be so awkward! Besides, he's trying to stay away from Jungkook.
"Why? You and Jungkook might get along well, Yoongi." Seokjin said even nudging the younger.
Yoongi gulps down feeling so guilty because of how Seokjin is treating him nicely. How would he even react once he find out what they did on his back? He doesnt want that day to come.
