Chapter 14 Brooklyn knew they were up to something. Too many of her ladies had been acting strange, having hushed conversations that seemed to abruptly end when she walked in the room. They were hooking up with the players. They had to be. It was the only thing that made sense. When she reminded them at the end of each day that they needed to stay focused on their workouts and routines, and that dating anyone—especially football players—was too great of a distraction, she was often given strange looks.
