CHAPTER FOUR : HEAVEN'S LAW

Hearing the whispers in her sleep ,April begin to recount what she had just experience

knowing she had the tendency to blow things out of proportion and April obviously couldn't report to the cops knowing that she might just be seen as a mischievous teenager on a role to cause chaos

.

''maybe it's just a dream after all'' April mumbled with her face buried in her arms '' I feel so stupid ...... people have normal dreams or even typical nightmares but somehow I end up experiencing an abnormal damnation ''

April never quite understood why the things that always happens to her were never normal , like how she never got hurt by untamed fire or hit by an uncontrollable car which by the way was never a bad experience in her defence.

However, April knew how to be grateful for the luck of not dying so young after encountering such abnormalities

''but who's that weird lady? '' April whispered slowly recalling that sly gold eyes then a soft but audible knock on the door snapped her out of her thoughts

'knock knock'

''young miss Frayer? " the butler called out cautiously

''What are you knocking on the door for!? '' another familiar yet unfamiliar voice hollered in dissatisfaction with that the door slammed opened and the figure of the the butler and the strange lady from April's 'dream' came to view

''Hi April !! '' she greeted with so much enthusiasm that no one would deem necessary to find fault but April couldn't shake off that eerie feeling

''um.... hi ?'' April called raising her hand to wave in an awkward manner

''pfft.... she's so cute hahahahahaha '' the lady giggles bending over and slapping her thighs then she imitated April's posture of greeting again ''um...hi'' and this time her giggles turned into a full tummy laughter

the butler rolled his eyes from behind the laughing lady and pushed her away as he walked forward to the awkward looking April .

'' young miss Frayer...... what I'm about to tell you might seem unbelievable but it'll do you good to listen'' the butler started hesitantly but urgently '' A long time ago ,where nothing was created and space had no form . ' **** ' whom was never born or could ever die but was as lonely as they come began to fill the void of space by creating so much incredibility known till now '' the butler paused looking at April nervously

'' Are you sure this isn't a biblical story of the creation of the world? '' April questioned in irritation because whenever she visited her grandparents , there's never a time they'll miss the opportunity to recall a biblical story one ould think they were the protagonists of such stories

strange lady ''...''

butler ''...'' cough '' it's something like that but no quite it'' the butler hurriedly explained seeing April's increasingly annoyed face

then he continued '' Just like how no one knows how the creation of ' **** ' came about ,the creatures who were created were programed to believe that it was good and for their own good because its beneficial to them. they even formed a religion and recruited newly formed minds to impose their belief on and to those who opposes their belief were deemed evil and lost ........ Actually, this story gets more complicated. The creation of the world was indeed done by **** but HE is a contradiction ....... everyone has to be formed independently and choose the path they wish to follow not forced to live a life by the standards of another creation. In order for this world and every other creation to be balance ,one has to contradict like its creator , good and evil has to co exist for the world to be balanced''

April has never come across such absurdity before , I mean ,she has definitely heard about the creation and winning of souls but never has she ever had of the compulsion of co existence of good and evil. It made her question the reality of which she lived in .

''wait a minute..... why are you telling me this again ?'' April asked puzzled as she looked deep into the butlers eyes but the strange lady answered in his steed

''There's a fight for totality in the world ...... someone is driving a motion for totality and it causing an early destruction of humanity.......there can't be totality because good needs evil for the world's balance''

April couldn't help but raise a brow on that statement and fired out questions like sharp arrows '' how could a single person cause the motion of totality? and isn't the supreme one capable of stopping such motion? ooh and is Lucifer the reason for the totality threat? ''

the strange lady gave a slight pat on the back and a gloating smile at the butler whose eyebrows jumped in pure annoyance '' you know ,everytime you get blamed for the mistakes human make, I feel terribly sorry for you Lucifer''

with a heaving sigh the butler knocked off her troubling hands and gave an aggrieved look to April .

''wait a second .... are you telling me my butler for more than ten years is the devil himself ?! the ruler of the underworld ! the casted angel and betrayer ?!! '' huffing harshly ,April was starting to feel light headed

''woah calm down kit—" the strange lady started but was cut off by April's enraged scream

'' What do you mean 'calm down' I can't be calm ! I have been living with the devil for more than ten years! wait.....does it mean I'm going to hell ?! I cannot afford to go to hell!! Incase you don't know ,I and heat don't mix but I guess you already know that LUCIFER BECAUSE YOU HAVE KNOWN ME FOR MORE THAN TEN YEARS!!!!!''

She shrieked then used her trembling hands to to cover her face

''well would you look at that! pfft I can't believe the morning star got rejected by his mistress . yo Lucifer ! what going on?'' the strange lady teased while wiggling her brows

'' shut up Victoria......'' the butler no Lucifer hissed at the strange lady

so her name was Victoria ,April thought as she finally calmed her chaotic mind

'' I wasn't casted away ..... I'd rather be recognized as the executer of unrepentant and a tempter as it was the work I was sent to do by '****' ..........I can't believe how much humans twisted the story of creation '' Lucifer sighed in disbelief

April couldn't help but realize how much of a lie leader will sell to its members and how much alterations has been made to the story of the creation, what is the truth and who are the liars? and most importantly why is she being told of this.
