That's not possible! How can I possibly own all of this!? I hollered internally, fury and anger coursing through my veins.
Hearing her say that, shock reverberated through my whole body with every word she spoke; be it the truth or not.
Before I could ponder over it more, she spoke, her voice just above a whisper as she waved her hand in the air, in the direction of the lands which surrounded us.
"It's true. I know this is a whole new level to your life. But, please believe me when I tell you." Angela stated, placing a hand on her chest.
Then she paused, her eyes staring behind me. And my once calmed down beating heart, began palpitating inside my chest.
