TIME: 10:23 p.m.

TIME: 7:30 a.m.

“Come on, let’s go to the bathroom before it gets packed.” She told me, I grabbed my soap, towel, and toothbrush. I’m surprised she didn’t say anything about me sleeping on the bed.

I followed her into the bathroom, where it was surprisingly empty. The bathroom wasn’t too bad, it looked semi-clean. I placed my things down and began brushing my teeth. The tooth brush is so short, I’m surprised I haven’t swallowed it yet. After I was done, I headed to the cleanest shower and began stripping my clothes off. I hung my clothes and towel. I turned on the faucet before I felt cold air hit me. I turned around and looked a Marie.

“You can’t be in here, get out.” I whispered as the water hit my back.

“Yes I can, so move.” She pushed me out the way making me frown.

“What do you think I can do about you disobeying me?” She taunted. I shrugged my shoulders, “I don’t know.”

“I think I do.” She said biting her lip and raising her leg up. I kneeled in front her and she rested her leg on my shoulder.

“You’ll go outside to do whatever, but you have an hour.” She told me making me smile. Maybe I’ll make some new friends.

“I’m warning you to be careful with Marie, she isn’t right in the head.” Ana, an inmate that I’ve speaking with for the past hour. She’s an older lady, like 60 something old. I get this same warm feeling I had when my grandma use to take care of me before she passed.

“Wassup with her?” I asked trying to pry some information on Marie.

I went to go run, but Marie came to me making me sigh.

“It’s time to go inside, you can come back later.” She said as she walked back inside the building. I followed behind her with a frown.

“I was bored.” I answered before I tore away from her.
