IIII'D LIVED QUITE SOME years now, I'm told. To me, they were thousands of lifetimes. When I was younger, I tried playing games with the other boys my age. Found that their rules didn't make sense, and that the other boys were trying to either cheat or just go along. The cheats made umpires necessary. And if you were really good at playing by the rules, you learned where the holes were. But holes are for nails. And anything that sticks out is a nail that needs to be hammered. So I learned to keep my head down. Because of all the push and persuasion they used on us as kids were to excel at everything we did.
