VIWE WERE BACK IN MY tiny cabin, sitting at my tiny table as before. I was back in simple and clean work pants, wearing a gray t-shirt. Sal sat again at the other end and returned to her fluffy white bathrobe, her wavy blond hair flowed back down across her shoulders. "Well, Marley, is that the end of our Christmas visits?" I asked with a smile. Sal sipped her hot coffee. "Sure, that's a bit obvious in retrospect. But what was the point of it all?" I sipped my own mug of coffee, and loved the honeyed taste. Still hot after that teeny fireball she'd dropped into it. I reviewed all she showed me in my mind. "Maybe I've been too harsh on the world. They don't all have to be like me. Most of them just want to enjoy the life they live, whatever makes them happy, as long as it isn't illegal.
