Flashback
Little Geralt stood before the fence when he saw his mom making out with a strange man. He was only ten years old when he saw this. It just so happened that Martin came out at that time. He was looking for his son, who was out at night. He was stunned when he saw his wife making out with a man. Martin didn't say anything. He just stared at them, then carried Geralt. He took Geralt to the room without saying anything.
"I told you not to go out at night," Martin said. "You'll catch a cold."
"Dad, why did mom kiss another man?" Geralt asked so innocently.
Martin didn't answer. He just sighed, then smiled at his son.
